adorable shoes, but way too narrow.

I have been searching for a stylish and comfortable loafer. I wear them a lot, but they aren’t that comfortable. Narrow front and heel slips out the back.

Very heavy.

Oh, how I wanted to keep these shoes; I fell in love. They are adorable. The toe box is narrow, and I wore them about the house for a few hours. Maybe they would break in, or maybe not.. but I have some arthritis in that area and can't do "break in". So sad to return them.

I have wide, duck feet, and these felt enormous. The sides gap as I walk. These shoes look good, but the sizing of both length and width are way off.

Very trendy shoe and comfortable. The color of gray is a bit deceiving. I would describe it as a brown-olive shade. Not what I wanted.

These shoes are very pretty and I like the soles but they rein big. Longer and wider.

Loved this shoe but could not make it work. Shoe slipped in the heel no matter how I tried to troubleshoot the problem. Maybe after the shoe was broken in it would feel different, but I think slipping heel has to do with the thickness of the sole.

These were gorgeous loafers, but they fit weird. Just like a lot of other reviewers said, the toes were too tight and the heels were way too loose. Had to return

Really, really cute shoe. While I've purchased Sarto shoes in the past, and in this very same size, this pair was not true to size. I'd advise to order a half-size up, however, the right shoe of this particular pair felt like a regular width shoe instead of a wide. Disappointing as it seems that nice, better-label, wear-to-work shoes, in wide widths, are hard to find in our post-covid age.

These lug-sole loafers are exactly what I was looking for, and the crinkly patent “leather” makes them look tres chic. So I’m really, really trying to make them work, despite the fact that my heel keeps slipping out, no matter what kind of sock or insole I add. The important thing to know about these, though, is that quality control is sadly lacking, because I ordered three pairs — two in my normal size 5 and one in 5.5 — and every one has been different. The first 5 and the 5.5 were VERY tight in the toe box, which is never an issue for me. Even so, the 5.5 was too big, and the 5 was constructed with the grain of the vinyl running the wrong way, which made it look kind of old and worn. So I ordered another 5, and this one seemed perfect at first — the grain is right and the toe box is comfy. But my heel keeps on slipping! I think with these shoes, your fit will be the luck of the draw.

I am normally a size 7 and ordered a half size up and even that was very tight on my foot at the toes.

usually wear a 10. These shoes run big. I will try to order 9.5 but I'm pretty sure they will be too tight. Not sized correctly

Ran a little small, I’d go up half a size especially if you have wide feet.

I love this shoe. Really wanted it. But too wide. I purchased heel pads to try to keep my foot in the shoe but that didn't work. Had to send back. Beautiful shoe.

Absolutely love the shoes but the heel area is just too wide and I can't keep my feet in the shoes. I purchased heel pads to see if that would work, but didn't.

Overall stiffer, but was willing to wear it. Unfortunately, this width sizing of WIDE was way off. Felt more like the usual medium. Disappointed.
