They are very comfortable and look great, but one of them has a bubble on the front by the toe and is sloughing off even though I have only worn them about 3 times. The other boot is fine - this looks like a defect on only the one boot, but pretty disappointing. You can already see the black lining underneath on the toe.

I have thin legs and these boots are just perfect for fit. I am 75 and still feel stylish when I wear them. Unfortunately I recently have been diagnosed with cancer and wont be dressing up as often. I went to put them on to go for a doctors appointment and the left boot had come away from the sole under the toe area. I live in an apartment with underground parking so the boots have never been exposed to wet conditions. I have not worn them very often and have taken really good care of them. Cheap quality, calves are super baggy. Couldn't love these even though I wanted to!

I have always loved Franco, Sarto, boots, and shoes. But their quality has diminished quite a bit. I bought these boots and in less than three months the top layer has started to peel off.

The picture doesn't give an accurate look. I knew it wasn't leather, but it looked like a cheap boot.

Cheap, flimsy material. Outsized calves made them totally unwearable
