These pair of gloves work as advertised, I have had no issues using my phone while wearing the gloves. I wish they had more rubber so they could comfortably be used while driving, but I think you will need a different pair that are either leather or provide more grip for that purpose. I would advise getting some thicker gloves if you require being outside in thirty-degree weather, since I can feel the wind getting through these.
