I bought Flight Vectiv hoping to give my legs a "break" during and after my long runs. I am a long distance runner and sometimes I need to de back to back runs. It is difficult to do that second run when my legs are tired from the previous day. The Flight Vectiv are great trail shoes. In addition of being comfortable, the offer lots of support and have great grip for technical trails The most important thing is that they absorb some of the impact that normally would go to my legs and help me feel less sore and tired after my long runs!

I read the reviews (unless I misunderstood) ... stating order 1/2 size down ... too short and narrow toe box ... no room for toe "splay".
Unfortunately, must return. :(

I have ran in carbon fiber plate shoes so I wanted to try a trail version. As far as speed they are snappy. They are light! They feel very secure gripping a technical trail. The overall shoe looks nice, but I just don't not feel like it's a good fit for me. I have ran prob 5 times in them and my knee feels weird. Hopefully i can return. Customer Service dropped my call and I can't get a return email if they will honor the Vectiv test guarantee. I say try them if you can test them. I think it's a good shoe overall. Note they are not waterproof!

Running - road/trail/dry/snow. It's a fine shoe, just nothing special for the price (and the hype.)

I so wanted these shoes to work for me. Unfortunately, the 9.5 were small and these, in size 10, are huge! The back tab digs into my ankle. Arch support does not hit under my arch which is a size issue.
I appreciate Zappo’s allowing me to try so many shoes ... somewhat embarrassing!
Thank You. :(

Everything on the shoe was super comfy EXCEPT the heel fabric that rubs very badly on my achilles tendon. Returned them unused.
