I bought these for light hiking and walking, but they haven't been comfortable enough yet to wear for any distance. PROs: Super good looking shoe. Love the way they look. Comfortable ... at first... and light weight. CONs: A little high priced for what you get. I wore these around my house for weeks, then out to take the trash or the mail, then finally went for a walk and they DESTROYED by heels. I was bleeding by the time I got home. It wasn't blisters, it was the high fabric backing at the heel that somehow scraped me to death? Could be a personal problem, though... There is also a funny little pad in the heel, to hold you in place, which feels very odd at first, but could become comfy if the upper tab figures its life out. You've been warned. All that said, I keep wearing them around for little things and finally went for walk in them again yesterday. They did not make me bleed this time. They weren't entirely comfortable either. I wore socks that were higher at the ankle, which helped and maybe they are forming to me now... after two months... I had high hopes for these, but I wish I could return them, tbh. A little pricey to be my "taking out the trash shoes". If they do work for you, I'd probably recommend softer trails because the treads on the bottom of mine already seem to be wearing out from the pavement. All in all - they're a good looking shoe and if they're comfortable for YOU then they're a winner and deserve more stars. Unfortunately for me, they've been quite impossible to wear for the first few MONTHs.

Loved the idea of this shoe. I was excited about the rocker bottom and bought them to help walk with achilles tendinitis. Unfortunately, the back of these shoes push on the achilles, making it more painful. I had to return them. Not a great shoe for achilles injuries.

Very cute and comfy, but not practical to wear as within the first 3 minutes of wearing I was bleeding on the back of my heel.

It's cute but it digs into the back of your heels. I only wore it twice to walk my dog around the block and the back of both ankles are bleeding. It's very comfortable besides the heel digging part so if you have super slim ankles, then this might work for you. I would say my ankles are average so you'd need slim ankles for this to work.

Like some of the other reviewers here, my heel slipped in this shoe. If you have narrow feet, this may not be the shoe for you!

Great style, but terrible fit in the heel/tendon area. The product photos don't show the extra padding on the inside of the back heel -- almost like a puffy blister band-aid stuck to the inside of the shoe. The padding addition makes the shoe fit tighter and is also situated too low (at the widest part of my heel) so instead of locking my heel in place, it caused my heel to slide out with every step. Unfortunately this padding isn't removable, so the shoes were returned. I would not recommend them.

As soon as I put these shoes on, I knew they were not meant to be. They were so incredibly tight and uncomfortable. I ordered a half size larger than my street shoe, so I know it wasn't the size that was the issue. The way they are constructed did not work with my feet. They seem well made, but I was not able to even walk around but for a minute before I was desperate to take them off. I had to send them back.

These shoes are thin and slide off of my heel. I returned them.

Unfortunately I had to return the shoes unused. Everything felt great EXCEPT the overly high fabric on the heel that rubs on the achilles tendon.

These are not as comfortable as some of your other shoes. The heels of these shoes are thin and they slip. They're going back.

I have no clue why these shoes are rated so highly. They are size small and are very rigid. They aren’t soft or comfortable and have a plasticky quality. I considered trying to break them in but for the cost, I’d hoped to love them. Will keep wearing my old Hoka’s instead! It’s ok! :)
