Initially ordered Zappos’ “Recommended Size,” big mistake! Way way to small. Exchanged with Zappos’ top notch exchange program and got my regular size. These will fit true to size! Great shoe, great company!

Tried size 9 and didn't work out. So, I returned them for a size 9 1/2 and it did not disappoint. The shoes are so comfy and spacious to wiggle you toes lol perfectly made for comfort.
Greatest speedy customer service.

Had to return a pair of 10.5s (my normal size) and get a 11 instead.
Wouldn't go running in them, but great for walking around and even serviceable for the gym.

Good shoe, sizing seems to be a bit small.
I'm 10.5 for in nearly every brand but had to go to 11's with these.
Exchanged for same shoe 1/2 size larger.

I always love a new pair of Saucony Jazz and I like this color. I wish they would bring back some of the older (earth tone) colors and not so much of the bright and loud colors. I'm a little older now and I feel the new colors are aimed towards 18-25yr. demographic and I can't get away with wearing neon shoes :) Back to classic please.

The shoes are very comfortable. The heel hurt a little bit after standing in line at Disney World (but what shoe wouldn’t after multiple hours in line?). I wore them with jeans and dresses and love them.

Kinda bumbed as I thought these were the same as my grey ones, and felt pretty much the same when I put them on. I realized too late after wearing them to work that they ran narrow. I have already thrown the box away. Don't get me wrong, I love Saucont, but I'm not sure why the same shoe would run so differently.

I love the Jazz shoe. It's my 4th pair. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size but I wore them once so I'm not able to exchange. I bought the unisex instead of women's 8.5x

Saucony's have been a fave of mine for quite awhile! Not only are they ridiculously cute, they give me amazing support being on my feet all day as a Massage Therapist! Looking forward to many more pairs!
