I bought myself these in a size 8 (my normal size) they were way too big. I've exchanged them for a size 7 and they're still too big. Do I go for a 6??

Long time Saucony wearer here. This was my first time purchasing directly from the website in 40 years. I got a great deal on these kicks and was excited to rock them. I can't say how disappointed I was when I took them out of the box and they had obviously been previously worn. There was wear on the bottom of one shoe and some kind of black debris in the shoe. Ordering new shoes and receiving them worn was mad frustrating. I'm not sure if I'll order from the website ever again. On top of that I'm out the shipping cost.

My boyfriend bought these for me for Christmas (I gave him the size and color I wanted). I normally *love* Saucony shoes, particularly for running (Triumph, Guide, Kinvara, etc.) and the Jazz Original Vintage line for casual wear. I had high hopes for these but they're pretty terrible. I'm confident I have the correct size but they're not nearly as comfortable as the women-specific Jazz Originals I've had. They feel very stiff and are narrower than every other pair of Sauconys I've ever had. And the lacing is just weird and unattractive from the top-down view. I'm very disappointed and plan to never buy any unisex-sized shoes from Saucony again. I'm really hoping they bring back the women-specific Jazz Original Vintage line again soon I'll buy a bunch of those to last me a while through all of these weird "stylish" updates.

They were too big. I would got 1/2 size down. Love colors.

The sizing is wrong. I use the European numbers and it's the first shoe from any brand that is wrong. US sizes tend to change depending on brand. European sizes never change; 40.5 is always 40.5. Except with this shoe it's a size too big. I'm really upset because I already wore it and don't plan to wear it again.
