I hate these shoes, they weigh a ton, I get exhausted trying to walk in them all day. The composite toe cuts into my toes and has me in pain the rest of the day

The shoe needs to be lighter to walk with comfort so so . Steel toe is unnecessary for the kind of work I do at Amazon.

Wound up with friction blister on my feet as the insole is very slippery and let my foot slide around. Additionally there is a pressure point on the top of the toe box area, I assume from the composite toe material.
