This is my second pair, so obviously I like them and would recommend them. I put over 300 miles on my first pair before needing new ones. I only gave 4 stars however for two reasons. 1) these are the only road running shoes I've ever had to buy insoles for and I've run in a lot of brands. Without insoles I started getting arch pains. 2) the laces are stretchy and can loosen up on long runs requiring me to have to stop and tighten them.

Decent shoe. I normally run in kinvaras and have been doing so for >5 years. I'm training for a marathon and got the Ride for a more cushioned long distance shoe for slower easier days. Definitely noticeably heavier, but plush and the outsole feels very durable with nice grip. While I never feel like I need to break in the Kinvaras, with the Ride my feet were very uncomfortable for the first 20 ish miles, but the shoes feel good after that. Due to the uncomfortable break in period I'm giving four stars

The only negative issue I have is that from style to style, size 7.5 fits very different. This style fits smaller than Guide 14. Had I known this when ordering online, I would have ordered size 8. Now they have been worn and not as comfortable as the Guide 14 I bought last year.

Love these shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and I am on my feet a lot and these have helped tremendously.

Brand new so hard to comment on running. I've been out twice so far and so far so good. If you have a wider foot at all, you will want to make sure you get a bigger width. I do not, so these fit perfectly and are true to size. I wear a 7 in Hoka, Brooks and previous Sauconys and that is what I ordered this time.

The shoes seem true to size, and look rather nice. Unfortunately they are not wide enough in the toe box for my splayed out toes, and the wide size was too loose.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks walking shoes, Hart's (not from Zappos), some of the Not

I'm about 50 miles into these shoes and am LOVING them! I have a wide foot and it's hard to find a comfortable running shoe. These fit beautifully and are super soft & springy while running. My only complaint is that Saucony has so many beautiful colors but they aren't available in wide! I'm sick of being stuck in black or gray just because of my foot size. I was first drawn to the brand because of all the bold colors and styles, but none of the pretty ones are available to me! Please add some colors to your wide selection!

I have been wearing Saucony for years. I’ve run marathons and now just run for fun, but still get 20 miles a week in. These shoes fit nicely, not overly stiff with moderate arch support. They feel a little clunky, but not enough to not like them. I wish they wouldn’t change the design and fit every year or so though.

I have been using Saucony Rides for over a year now as my daily trainer. I have gotten up to 50 miles per week and have never had any injuries. They are very reliable and comfortable. I have no complaints!

Been wearing the Saucony Ride for awhile. Moved from 8 1/2 to 9 a few versions ago. Looks like I might have to start ordering wide. Seem more narrow than the 13.

These shoes stand up to 12 hours shifts as a nurse in the NICU. 6 months later and they're still standing up, and look new. With the exception of one of the decals near the lace holes. My shoes got covered in fluids during a birth and they had to go into the washer on hot. The decal came instuck in one spot. The only complaint I have is that the heel lining breaks down before the soles wear out and I end up having to replace them earlier than I should have.

These shoes are very comfortable, but not very stabilizing if you need that. Great color combos!

I like this shoe, but it is not as comfortable as the Kinvara 12. As with most Saucony athletic shoes, this one required no break-in period. There is a tiny squeak in one of them which is distracting, but the shoe itself looks great in the Navy.

Buyer of the Midnight/Copper Ride 14 beware: the shoe pictured is a prototype that Saucony never put into production. You'll actually get a plain boring blue/purple upper with a white sole. Saucony should update the pics of this colorway. Right now, it feels like a bait and switch. Love love love the Ride 14 fit, though.

Now that I have worn the Ride 14 for rwo weeks, I find it has been the best fit and comfort than the two previous versions. I have narrow feet with a bunion on each foot. The Ride 14 seems to cause no friction or discomfort to the bunions. Maybe the area at the base of the big toe is a little wider and the shoelace eyelet seems to be a little higher...whatever it is, it definitely works for my feet.

I've worn this style for years, happily. Unfortunately this version is not compatible with my orthotics. Also after limited use my toe is coming through the top of the very thin mesh. The shoe is comfortable and looks good but I'm disappointed about these issues.

Love almost everything about the shoe, except that it is so tight in the ankle/achilles area. I find this with all of my Saucony shoes. They make my achilles ache. On a most recent long run, I had to switch out my shoe with another brand because they just weren't comfortable in that area. My other brand feels so much more roomy and comfortable when I put them on compared to the Saucony. And I really want to love them.

This was my second pair of this style of Saucony shoes. I was fitted at a runners shop last December so I went with that size. There is wearing on the front of the shoe. That's why I bought my second pair and the wearing has already started.

I bought these because a friend said they were the most comfortable running shoes she's ever had. But I've learned from this experience, to each her own. After a couple of runs in them, I'm left with a worsening of my plantar fasciitis pain (as is the case in any of my shoes lately), as well as severe toe cramping I have in all shoes I've tried except Altras.

Just not the right shoe for me anymore. Years ago I loved the Ride. Then I spent a few years with Freedom. When I tried going back to the ride they felt heavy and clunky. They do have a nice spring and cushio, but overall just too heavy for me.

I ordered a 9.5M because there was no 9W. It fits true to size so its a bit big but not a problem. The fabric is not very breathable but i hope that means no holes in the toe box after 2 months of running. I loved the Ride ISO's and miss them terribly. These don't even compare. I feel my feet slapping on the ground when i hit. My shins are tired after a 4M run, so I'm thinking their not as cushiony as the other Rides. Please bring back the ISO technology!!!! The style is good.
