Not true to size

Returned because it was the wrong size

This is the second pair I bought for my son. The first pair I loved so much. These new ones have way too much white in the marbling. They get dirty very quickly. I wish I could have bought the exact pair he had before.

My daughter had this pair 3 weeks and the strap busted right off, first pair I have ever had an issue with

First of all. These are not the clogs I ordered. The shoes I got none of them fit. I've sent them back and am still awaiting a refund many weeks later.

I ordered these crocs, paid for next day shipping, and my son loved them. On day after wearing them, the latch at the back broke. I contacted Crocs and they told me they would ship them to me the next day. That was on 8/22 and I still haven't received them.

The product was smaller than thought

My son wears J3 size purchased at a crocs store. We ordered those J3, they are significantly smaller. Like 3/8". We are returning them, yes, but if sizes have changed, somebody could have informed...
