My review is about Kinvara 10's, but I assume it applies to Kinvara 12 also. It is an industry standard show, just ran first 10K with them, no blisters, no lower back pain, no leg pain. Usually this is not the case with new shoes. Also light and responsive, cushioning at the sweet spot. Won't go wrong with these ones.

Light + responsive + available in wide = Happiness. Appreciate that the Kinvara is available in wide, ty Saucony. My foot is normal width; however, my preference through learning & experiment is to have a wide toe box for toe & metatarsal splay with 'normal' heel & midfoot areas for lockdown. One wish is for lighter colors in wide (not sure why wide versions seem to freq. be offered in dark colors). FWIW, it's obviously not the intended purpose; however, all of my running is on dry trails in Colorado & they're holding up well.

Kinvara 12 is a great do it all trainer. PWRRUN+ topsoles should be on all the PWRRUN midsole shoes, makes a huge difference. Despite the lower stack and drop the Kinvara is more comfortable for daily runs than the Ride 13 (imo), does great on long runs, and is light enough for speed work. The upper is one of the best. Only improvement would be to add more colorways in wide!

Man, oh man! These shoes are like the little brother of the endorphin speed 2 but with a natural ground feel. Hear me out, what if the next kinvara 13 minor change would be to have a breathable mesh & with a nylon plate in it. That would be amazing.

K12 = after a long journey of bloated versions this is the best update in yrs. Light, responsive, 4mm drop, & moderate stack. Best of all, for of those us that want perf shoes with a slightly wider toe box for toe/metatarsal splay, it is available in a slightly wider version! TY Saucony, appreciated. One gripe, wish there were lighter colorways in the wide versions (not sure why co's typically issue wide versions in dark colors).

After 250 miles in this shoe I can say it has been one of my favorites, Its responsive, its comfortable, and its a great day to day trainer, This has been my go to for my Tempo and 10k pace runs. my pace currently is 7:15 per mile so take this review with whatever opinion you would like! But if you are thinking of finding a new day to day, give these a try you will be very pleased!

True to size and I ordered Wide for my 8E feet and love the fit. Very comfortable and no break-in needed. I run 2.5 miles every other day and 6 miles every Saturday morning (10 min/mile) and switch between forefoot and midfoot strike. The only issue I have is when running steep hills landing on the ball of the foot is kind of strange for me, but I just adjusted to take smaller steps. My other pair is A brand ultra boost 20 (6 months old)

I needed a new trainer as my previous shoes (Nike) wore out and I decided to choose a new brand for the first time. I was extremely nervous because I didn't know what to expect with Saucony but after my first run in them, I don't think I'm switching brands for some time. These shoes were so light that at times I forgot I had them on. Each mile I got faster going towards race pace without much effort. I'm excited to collect miles in these babies! See ya out there.

Well I have only ran in the Kinvara 8's and 9's and really liked both of them. I just purchased the 12 and I LOVE them. I read quite a few negative reviews on the net about them being to firm, dated and boring ride ect ect !!!! Where they wrong, well for my feet anyways. Super light , as usual a perfect fit, no rubbing, no slippage or any hot spots, and I love to roomy toe box. I have a wide bony toe splay , a high arch and a slim heel and these fit perfectly. The cushioning is PERFECT !!! They feel faster then the 9's and they just rack up the miles effortlessly . I'm 51 years old, arthritis and basically bone on bone in one of my knees and I ran 7 miles pain free. I also really like the Black and silver color. The shoe looks great. And the mesh is breathable. If you like the Kinvara line I'm pretty sure you will love the 12's. I know I do. I will say I had to go down a half size from the older Kinvaras, these run about a half size bigger.

I've ran in previous editions of the Kinvara and found it to be a reliable shoe, if not one I loved. This version completely changed my mind. It's a fast responsive shoe with enough cushion to carry me to 26.2 and beyond. I've been thrilled with it! One note: it does run a bit big-I went a half size down from what I usually get and it fits great.

I've had every version of Kinvaras since version 1. This version is noticeably lighter and performs very well. I use these for track repeats, 5k, 15k, and half marathons. I have also completed 3 marathons in previous versions. It is a great combination of light weight, cushioning low heel to toe drop and fit. There is no break in required for this shoe...it is ready to go on Day 1. I also use these for squats and deadlifts because of their relatively low heel to to drop (yes I know flat is best). Once again, Saucony Kinvara lived up to my expectations.

I buy these for my son that competes and trains for cross country and track & field in Kinvaras. These shoes are exclusively the only shoes he will run in.

Extra width makes a world of difference in the toe box. Whether running or walking, my toes feel much more comfortable with the extra space. The ride, as with previous Kinvara editions, continues to be soft and light. This is the fifth edition I've owned. The upper is extremely soft and flexible, to the point where you don't even realize it's there. The lacing system works well too. My only constructive comment is I'd like a slight bit more traction on the outsole, particularly in the forefoot.

I've been running in the Kinvaras since the 7 and this one might be my favorite. The weight feels like I'm running in track spikes but with actual support. The cushion provides so much support despite how light the shoe feels. Cannot say enough good things.

Love my Kinvara 11s. They have become my daily trainer. Slightly heavier than the K10 but seem to be more cushioned and suitable for daily training. Upper fits a little more snuggly than the K10. The K11 is a great shoe. Light weight, well cushioned and supportive. Exposed midsole has surprisingly good traction and durability. Can be used for racing and long runs but some runners may prefer something lighter and more responsive for racing and something a little more protective for long runs.

There are those of us who can't handle max-cushioned shoes. (I'm coming off of 4 mths. of injury from my experimenting w/ max-stacked shoes.) Thank you Saucony for maintaining the Kinvara over the years. I hope it stays in your stable of trainers for the future. This 12th iteration has helped me return to the roads w/ no aches or pains. Excellent amount of cushion, ample wiggle room, and an overall great fit for my foot. I appreciate the lack of superfluous overlays, unnecessary padding and such. Definitely a five-star trainer.

Such a great running sneaker and for every day training use. It's light, cushiony, and looks good. I wish Saucony would make a waterproof version of these and have reflective glow in the dark accents for night running.
