Comfortable. Fit true to size. I'd say these feel like a lightweight Endorphin Shift. My two complaints are that they only lasted 200ish miles before I was wearing deep into the foam and they make a squeak when I walk in them (goes away when running).

Para los días de entrenamiento ligero. No muy cómodos especialmente en la lengueta.

A good mid- entry shoe but lacks the refinement of other better shoes. If you've logged a lot of miles already, you'll feel the difference. Best as a casual or short run shoe. Good for kids.

A good show for low mileage runs but also works for uptempo. Fast and nimble.

They are ok. Liked the Kinvara 11 better. These felt cheaper.

New Kinvaras feel more cheaply made, not nearly as comfortable as previous models. Uppersmade with cheap materials it seems. Always been a big Saucony guys. Same goes for my Endorphin Pros. May try Mizino???

These were purchased to hopefully be replacements for a pair of Liberty ISO2s that I bought last fall and absolutely adore. They're similar in weight, both have FormFit and PowerRun and I figured they'd make a great replacement. I even zinged up the colour choice a bit. I've had them for a few days now and I wish I could say I liked them, but so far I'm less than impressed. The fit just feels wrong - perhaps I should have listened to the reviewers who say they run a hair large and gone down half a size. Overall, they just feel cheap and plastic, nothing at all like the relatively luxurious feel of the Libertys. The Libertys made me feel like I was slipping on a pair of socks - whether they're tied tight or loose, they just feel good. I ran 10k in them the first day I put them on and it was heaven, no discomfort whatsoever.
Back to the Kinvaras, these are the first Saucony shoes I've owned that have given me blisters. They're just uncomfortable - harder to get on, need to be laced very tight to minimize chafing on my heels and, as I said, just feel cheap in construction. I'll keep them, hopefully after they get a few more miles on them, they'll stop hurting, but it looks like I'll be running in the Libertys for awhile yet. This is my 3rd pair of Saucony shoes and my first disappointment, but they sure didn't live up to what I expected from the ratings.

Been running in Kinvaras and Freedoms since version one. Switched to Freedoms as they had more cushioning but quality went down last couple years. Switched back to Kinvaras and these have been disappointing. Very firm under foot and little to no padding on tongue or around ankle. I understand the pressure to continually improve but this seems like a total misfire.

Start with the good. I like the overall feel and look of these shoes. Minimal drop - comfortable Insole. Good if you're looking to keep up the tempo.
Bad. Main issue - they run narrow. I should have read other review as this is common. I have 3 other types of Saucony that don't run narrow (I'm a medium/regular) so it's not a brand issue just this model. I need wide in these (but with sauconys no return if used policy I'm stuck.) There is also no real outsole on the ball so the soles get eaten up quick!
Summary - get them if they're on sale like now and if they have a size up and/or wide. Otherwise Don't buy them.. look to other models that will suit you better.

Hi, I've been running with Kinvara model 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 on Size US 11 and I always found these shoes fantastic however for some reason the new model 12 Size US 11 runs too big and I cant wear them. I used them for 7 miles and they clearly fit too big. I've been trying to return them but with no luck as saucony does not accept worn shoes back.

Love the feel and weight of the Kinvaras, but I wish they were a little more narrow. The 11s seem to fit my narrow foot better than the 12s. I have a long, narrow foot and it is very hard to get fit properly. Everything seems geared towards the average or wide foot. If shoe companies offer wide and sometimes extra wide, why do they need to make the regular widths as wide as they are? To my knowledge Saucony doesn't make any models in narrow sizes.

Seems to run a little bigger/looser in the forefoot than previous models. Still good shoe.

I went from a Kinvara 10 to a Kinvara 11 after the 10s wore out. The 10 worked great with no fit issues, but the Kinvara 11 has a ridge on the back of the heel that causes wicked blisters, even after a break in period. The whole shoe seems much shallower which causes a lot of movement and friction around the foot. Best to try these on prior to buying, it might work for some folks but the transition from the 10 to the 11 was not smooth for me.

Kinvara 12 is a "meh" shoe more reminiscent of shoes from 2010. It's a fine shoe, but it's hard, flat, and uninteresing. For $110, you'll be better served by getting a different pair of Saucony (Ride 13) or just pony up a few extra bucks for a Hoka Mach4. Bought these at my local store, and regret them. They are "fine" (that's my passive-aggressive fine), but will be reserved for soft track days. There is nothing special about them. If you are light, efficient, and want a hard fast racer, by all means, but otherwise, file under MEH.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance Beacon v3, Saucony Ride 13, OR Hoka Mach4

I am a forever Saucony girl and was very excited to add a new pair to my closet. Sadly this pair was very disappointing and not in a functional way. This is my first pair of sneakers that squeak! It's extremely annoying more than anything. Every step I take they squeak. And by no means am I a heavy set runner. Otherwise these sneakers are great!

Overall, the shoe fits well, is fairly comfortable and looks great. Not my top choice for an every day shoe. After about 100 miles- I can feel it loosing its support and it's starting to feel like an old shoe. Good pick up for the price but would prefer the Brooks GTS series

Not as good as prior Kinvara years. I ordered an 8 1/2 size. Felt like a size 9 and look sort of larger. Never experienced this issue in all my Kinvara purchases. The "tongue" portion of the shoe was much thinner than past Kinvaras so you didn't get the snug fit as usual and the shoe felt looser and less fitted. More "slop" in the fit.

It's a worth a try, but it needs adjustments. For example-I will enhance the durability of outsole-I will lift the heel area just a bit-I will also raise & move the area that is designed to support the arch of foot a little inward,& I will make sure that the upper area of shoe doesn't shrink easily.

Squeaky. Sound like a pair of very cheap shoes while moving. Comfoi and responsiveness are on par for me shoes at this price point

I'm a huge Saucony fan, but these shoes feel flat and slow. Unfortunately not the best iteration of the shoe. The speed is hands down the best shoe ever though.

My first pair of Kinvara 11's I would have given 5 stars. But recently I noticed significant wear in the heel area that is creating blisters after only about 15o miles. Overall they've been great but the wear and tearing in the heel area in so few miles brought it down 2 stars.

I wear a 12 in both the Ride ISO2s and the Mad River Trail shoes, and I probably would need to purchase these in 11s or maybe even a 10.5. In a size 12 of these shoes, I had an inch of room in the toe box.
