Black K11 is my 14th pair of Kinvaras. The K11 is lightweight and semiflexible. There is enough cushioning but not over cushioned. I wear then with and without socks with no issues in rubbing. These are great daily trainers and last to 250-300 miles of running.

This is my second pair of Kinvara 11 I've been training with a group for a Winter 1/2 The Kinvara's have been great at the different distances while, allowing me to feel comfortable during speed work too.

I love these shoes. I run 40-50 miles a week, and Kinvaras deliver that rare combination of cushion and a real feel of the surface under my feet. They're durable, comfortable, stylish and responsive. I'm able to train any distance in them and I've gotten a few race pr's in them too. I'm on my 8th pair now, with every intention of re-upping when they hit more than 400 miles.

Love my Kinvaras - I've been running on them since Kinvara 4 and they never disappoint. Not too hard, not too soft, just right...that's always been my experience. Durability is solid as well and I typically run them for about 300 miles before starting a new pair (although it seems many others keep them even longer). My "retired" pairs usually stick around a while longer too as my walking shoes or for other, non-running activities. Great shoes!

I bought this a few months ago and have logged about 275km on them so far. Aside from being dirty, the shoes are almost like new and the bottoms have hardly worn down. Obviously this will be dependant on your physical stature, but for perspective I am 6' and 160lbs. In addition, the shoe is just so versatile. I have used it for everything from interval workouts to half marathons and it is great in all categories. Lightweight so that you can set a good time, but still cushioned.

Been running in the Kinvara for years. Just a beautiful shoe for those with a more natural style.

i bought these shoes about six months ago for cross country training and they have been absolutely amazing! they currently have about 400 total running miles on them and they are still good as new. no holes, tears, or any problems at all!!! they are also very light which makes them my go-to shoes for any running workout. i highly recommend these for anyone who wants to get some miles in!

I run twenty to thirty miles a week on a variety of terrain (road, gravel trail, local hs track) and the Kinvara has never done me wrong in the 6+ months that I've had them. The shoe is super responsive with a great springy action that keeps me moving fast. The fit is very snug without being constrictive. I've put about 500 miles on my current pair, and they've help up extremely well compared to other shoes I've had. All the sewing/construction looks great and the sole has retained its stiffness while staying pliable. Only other note is that the laces have literally never come untied while I'm running. I cannot attribute that to the construction/design of the shoe, but I thought it was interesting and worth mentioning.

Purchased to alternate with 4mm stability shoes. Have helped to build strength in ankles/small muscles when alternated. Excellent fit/cushion.

I love the fit and comfort of this shoe I have seen many models but never bought them. I had to get them when teal was the main color. Im still waiting on a more durable sole. This is a great 5k or 10k running shoe.

I'm totalled impressed by the Kinvara 11 and already got four pairs of them. Being a 2000+ mile/year runner, I naturally have a large number of shoes in my rotation but this one really stands out: It's light, super flexible and feels fast but at the same time has a great fit (love that plush upper) and great midsole which gives you a little bit of a bounce effect. I use this shoe for my speed workouts and races up to half marathon. The fit and comfort is just awesome and superior to all similar shoes I own. It may not be your first choice if you're looking for lots of cushioning and stability but I am a very lightweight, rather fast runner and this is the perfect shoe for me. Period.

I owned 4 pairs of the Kinvara 8's back in 2017-2018. They were my favorite shoe I had ever worn at that point in time! And I did arguably some of my best training ever in the 8's. I had ZERO problems with those shoes. They worked for every type of run. Then I got away from the Kinvara's for about a 1.5 years and started having all these issues, like knee pain. So I finally decided about 2 weeks ago that I needed to go back to what worked... the Kinvara's!! Got a pair of the 11's and am quite certain I will be sticking with Saucony's 4mm drop shoes for a long time! The low drop gives this shoe a very natural ride without placing too much stress on your legs. I really feel my feet can move how they were meant to. There's just enough cushion here to fit any kind of run, tempo, speed work, long runs, anything. But another important thing, there isn't too much cushion! I really like that the Kinvara has always stayed a very reliable lower profile shoe and I hope it stays that way! I honestly wouldn't be upset if they took away a little bit of cushion either. Great work Saucony!

I've been wearing Saucony for many years. This is my 6th pair. This is my 3rd pair of this style and the comfort and fit are perfect. And now add a cool patriot color pattern and it makes it even better then perfect!

I have run exclusively in the Ride series since taking up the sport in 2016. I've got a pair of Ride 9s, Ride 10s, and Ride ISO 2s in my lineup, along with Mad River TRs for trail. The Kinvara was something I debated for a long time, not sure how I'd fare with the change in drop from 8mm to 4mm, but the Mad Rivers alleviated that concern (they're also amazing shoes by the way). I use the Kinvara for my 2 speedwork sessions per week, which is typically a run with shorter intervals and then a longer sustained effort like a tempo run. I am currently training for an aggressive HM goal, and these will definitely be my race day (time trial) shoe. Shoe is suitable for road, groomed path, track, or treadmill. They are snug, but not too tight, though I admit I was slightly concerned when I first put them on. But, once you get moving along you realize the fit is exactly what you want when running fast, and it is definitely not too tight, or uncomfortable in any way. The exposed midsole will pick up small bits of dirt or tiny pebbles, but no more than any other shoe, and nothing large enough to be noticeable while running. The ride is springy yet firm (in a good way) and you feel in control of the effort while getting decent energy return. Without outsole rubber, durability would normally be a concern for me, but I've got plenty of friends who get 400-500 miles on their Kinvaras, so I'm not really worried about it. If there was any possible drawback for me, it would be that the laces seemed a bit short, but that's easily remedied by swapping laces if you really need a good-sized bow. The laces have not come undone during any of my runs though, so it isn't really an issue at all. Fit: 9.5/10 (snug but efficient) Comfort: 9/10 (surprisingly easy on the feet even with a lower-end stack height; would probably cap usage at half marathon distance) Price: 9.5/10 (very quality shoe for the purchase price; no outsole rubber may affect durability but it is the correct construction for the purpose of this shoe. Style: 10/10 (there is a colourway for everyone which is great; the yellow pair I got is exciting, and the more muted black or grey options are very nice-looking as well)

I've been rocking Saucony trail shoes and some of their classics and loved them. So decided to switch my road runners to. I went from what I know now as plush brooks to these. At first I was like, man these are so firm in comparison. Then I was like, wow the snap crackle to these bad boys brings back so much energy. Ever since I've been flying like an eagle....
