This is my third pair of Solomon hiking shoes. My foot is on the narrow side and I’m able to tighten the laces to fit me comfortably. Love the color and they are… dare I say… even more comfortable than my other Solomons. Haven’t tested them on a hike yet but will have that opportunity in a couple weeks. Another thumbs up from me on Solomon.

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I’m always nervous when ordering my true size because my foot is slightly wide, but not enough to actually order wide. These fit great. I love the tread on them. Went for a walk straight away, with some slightly muddy terrain and they did their job.

I gave these as a gift. The recipient was so excited about the perfect fit. I sent her a 9 which is what she normally wears.

Great waterproof hiking/trail shoes! Comfy right out of the box! I always wear size 8, so I originally ordered that. They seemed a bit big so I decided to order 7.5 to compare. I tend to agree with many of the reviews and kept the 7.5. Already wore and worked out in them with not an issue! Girly too which is a bonus!

I love the color and style of these shoes and they fit great. This is the second pair I have purchased from Zappos.

Great that they are goretex

I actually wrote a review for these, Sslomon Outbound Prism GTX, a few days ago, but Zappos is asking for one again, so who knows where it went... I bought a 7.5 first (because I had a pair of Saucony running shoes that fit at this size) however this was large for me. The 7 I then ordered fit me perfectly. Width is great on my foot, I need room in the toe box and these shoes have it. Wore these, 1st time, for a 3 mile fast walk on a gravel road with no problems or soreness. The exchange process with Zappos was super fast and easy! Great customer service!

7 medium fits great. Very comfortable, no need to break in - 3 miles the first time I wore them. Bought them for daily walks on a gravel road. Slight movement of my foot in the heel, not loose though. Zappos had great customer service with these - ordered a half size larger originally and the ease of exchanging couldn't have been better!

I ended up really liking these. For me they took a little more breaking in time than I prefer. They initially felt stiff and almost made my feet feel sore- I almost sent them back. But I was in a bit of a rush, leaving for a trip that I needed them on so I took a chance! They worked great. Took about 12 miles in spurts before they felt good on my feet. They did not, however, give me a single blister. Just took a bit to form to my foot. The water proofing was great too! I paired them with some Salomon low gaiters and that kept gravel out. I wore them for 3 days of hiking on The West Highland way. Lots of rocks and water crossings, rain, and uneven ground. They had good grip and support. They still feel a tad narrow on my forefoot, but that is a personal problem with most shoes for me. Anyways, these were a great hiking shoe for easy to moderate hiking. I usually get a 10 in athletic shoes, but a 9.5 works for me in this brand usually.

I normally wear a 10 in Salomon, but these were too large. Should have listened to the other reviews! The support seemed a bit less than other Salomon styles I own, but perhaps it was just due to having the wrong size.

I usually wear an 8 1/2 M, but have a slightly narrow heel which prompted me to reorder a size 8M. The 8M fits much better. It has a wider toe box compared to my Merrell hiking shoes, and a lower shoe area under ankles. I am keeping them to see how well they wear, but not sure if I would order them again.

Loved the look and they are comfortable in every way except the tongue. The tongue is too long and hits in a weird spot. After about 10 minutes I knew they had to go back.

I ordered the 8, which was a bit too small but 8.5 was too big. Didn't feel their was enough support and the toe are was just not wide enought. I have a pair of Solomon hiking shoes that required absolutely no break in. Order another pair in another color.

This shoe was too roomy despite being my usual size and width.
