The ball of my foot is wider, so I always order up a half size. As expected, these fit perfectly - though also as expected, they are slightly tight at my widest point. That's OK. I'm used to it. With some wear, I know the leather will give enough. Ralph Lauren is one of the brands that I trust in this regard. Bottom line: I love the high quality and stylish look of these boots. And the price!! The chocolate brown is a rich, cool tone. The toe is not rounded - more of a fat almond. I am very happy with this purchase.

Online the RL wedge appeared to be a quality shoe. However, upon receiving it, it looked almost like a plastic shoe rather than leather. To walk comfortably, you'll need insoles. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoe.
