Ordered these boots half size smaller, but they are huge! Even with heavy socks my feet slip in them . Particularly wide in the heel. So disappointing, and because they are final sale. I will be donating them. Not my usual SW experience

I love the color and style of this boot. However, it is very difficult to get on.

These boots are HUGE. I'm size 7 and the pair I got is at least one size too big! Going back.

I wanted to love this boot (because it's stylish) but had to return twice. I'm usually 7.5-8. I originally ordered 7.5 but it was so huge that it was slipping off my feet. I returned and ordered 7 and it was way too small and too narrow, it hurt to even stand in them. So had to return as well. I wish sizing for this one was better

Love these boots but they are a bit too narrow for me. I have wide feet and they are very snug by the arch of my foot. I don't know if I need to size up when I exchange them but they are super cute so I hope I can fit into them :(

I'm a HUGE fan of this brand but have regretted too many of the "final sale" purchases that I have made from SW and this one is no exception. First off, this shoe is definitely NOT a wide. I have a narrow foot and this boot hugs my foot. I normally wear a size 12 and sized down 1/2 size on this pair for 2 reasons: (1) they're advertised as being a wide width and (2) many of the reviewers felt that they ran big. Needless to say, I should have ordered the 12. Now I'm stuck with another ill-fitting pair of boots mainly due to false advertising. If I were able to download a photo, I would show you what this boot looks like next to 4 other similar pair of boots that I own in a Medium width. My other boots make this pair look a bit narrow! The leather looks like plastic to me. The sole is heavy, and sounds like it when walking on hard surface flooring. I hesitated for many days before buying these and wish I would have talked myself out of them because this was a huge disappointment. SW will most likely add a note to this review acting like they care and saying that they'll reach out to me, but they never do. Even THAT is disappointing - especially since I'm extremely loyal to this brand!

These boots are not the same quality as the regular website boots. It's heavy and product is made in Vietnam. The heel height is also 2.5+ and not as described. I tried to contact customer support and was responded with rudeness and was told to email them. The email was unattended.

The boots are not made in Spain.
