Love these shorts - just wish they had a second back pocket instead of just the one. But overall they are great and fit true to size

Nice shorts,good fit,well made, I would rather they had belt loops and the back pocket wasn't sewn shut,but not too bad.

My husband likes these but we should have sizes up. They're on the small side.

The de shorts are great but they rip. Not super easy but definitely not a heavy duty short. I would buy again on sale even though they aren't perfect.

Sometime the tie is difficult to get tied and it loosens over time.

The only bad thing about these shorts is the drawstring. It's too short, IMO. So when you want to tighten the shorts to your exact needs, you don't have much string to work with. Other than that, these are great

I like the product. It is comfortable as it can get and the fabric is simply amazing. The major drawback I found are the laces, they don't really belong there. They come out of the zipper and it's a mess.

Great for hiking, at lakes but still dressy enough to wear out on the town

These Paramount shorts are fine except for the odd black elastic band in the rear upper of the short along my lower back. It is an odd style. Maybe it dries faster than the regular beige material? It does not matter too much to me because I do not tuck in my shirts. It will be covered by my tee-shirts. I would not buy these shorts again because of this black band. However, the pair I have purchased are just fine. Check out the rear of these shorts before you purchase them.

I will use these for warm weather activities and casually around the town.

Nice color and light weight

Comfortable and well made. Felt they ran a bit big in the waist especially with something for a stretch waistband. I don't care for the no belt look either but if thats your thing....

TNF Slim fit just doesn't work for muscular guys with big butts and thighs. The waist on these fit just fine; but I couldn't put my hands in the pockets! Nice and stretchy material, I'm sure these are great shorts if they fit you right. I've had the same problem with their slim fit pants.

I bought two pairs of these shorts, one for myself, and one for my husband. My pair is fantastic, and I would give it a five star review, however my husbands pair has something wrong with them, and the zipper completely comes off. We've owned them for less than a month, and he's only worn them one time, and started noticing that the zipper had an issue. Now I'll be forced to pay the shipping to send them in for repair, even though they were defective from the time of purchase. I'm used to much more consistent and high quality worksmanship from North Face products.

Kids have only drawstrings - not adult shorts! SAD!!!

I didn't realize it just had drawstrings - UGH! Either give us belt loops or a built-in belt.

Loved these shorts but was beyond disappointed when I realized how poorly the waistband was constructed. Very disappointing.

No belt loops. Seriously? How am I supposed to conceal carry in these? I'll also point out they sowed the back pocket shut. Won't be buying again. Useless outside the house.

Borrowed a pair from my brother size 30 and they were just a little big. Finally found a size 28 at some janky online retailer and they are great. Too bad they are not available anywhere in that size. Pleas make more inclusive sizes. I am not that small.
