Hi. As much as I wanted to like this face mask I found that the filter simply does not stay in the mask. It is constantly moving around and there is no mechanism to secure it to the mask. I appreciate OR making PPE and want to support local companies but this just doesn't work.

The worst part about this mask is that it's expensive. After tax and shipping it was over $30. I bought it anyway because I had high hopes. Unfortunately the mask is not one-size fits all. I understand this would be difficult but I'm an average size male, I wear a medium sized hat, etc. But if you move your jaw with the mask on the top pulls down on your nose and gives the uncomfortable feeling the mask falling off. I can't say I've ever experienced this with N95 masks or any other mask. The filters are another issue. They're ill-fitting for the mask and I just don't feel they give really any seal since the fit is so awkward. After wearing the mask for a day the grime on the filter is apparent which means that to use this mask with filters would be another expense.

it says 3 filters, it come with 3 one 1/2 filters and the mask takes 2 but if you ware it much there's a gap right in the middle were you need it the most Over cost for under design

Wow, another life saving product Made Of Oil. So by wearing one does that mean you support OIL

Of course outdoor research wants to sells masks. Other brands are making and donating them to people.. ill pass on future orders if clothes and gear from outdoor research
