Overall, I'm happy with my new Converse. I did find that they were about half a size too big. There is no arch support and cushioning isn't that great, but I've never found Converse to be in the top 10 of most comfortable shoes. With that said, they're perfect for intended purpose. I really like the ballet style as it makes it less of an overwhelming shoe and just enough nice detail to make it extra. Zappos is THE BEST when it comes to customer service and timely shipment/arrival of shoes!!

The insert/insole is very uncomfortable

I LOVE these shoes!!! I had a pair I wore to death a couple years ago and I’m so glad they’re back! Cute, comfy and did I say cute? Love the insole on this newest version - it’s like getting a foot massage! Buy them!!!!

Super cute sneaker, very comfortable and much lighter than regular Chuck Taylors hopefully the black will become available, I will definitely buy them

True to size. 2nd pair I’ve gotten (wore out the 1st pair!) and I love them! So easy to wear

the shoes are perfect. my problem is that it was a half size too small. i need a size 7 in these shoes. I need a return label so i can order a size 7. I dont have a printer so I'd need the label to be sent to my house please. then I can mail these smaller ones the same day. Thank you.

Comfortable right out of the box and really cute! Don’t expect arch support with Converse - they are comfortable, just not for standing all day.

Great slip on with ballet cap toe. It's not unusual for Converse to have zero arch support so slip-in your favorite insole and enjoy this cute shoe. Fun with pants, capris, shorts even summer casual skirts.

So glad Converse brought this style back! My old pair are pretty gnarly. I love slip on shoes and my fave brand is Converse so it’s perfect!I love the removable insert-it’s easy to clean or replace.

Love the style. It’s is very light and comfortable to wear, but I exchanged it to smaller size, now it’s perfect.

Cute shoe but I ordered my usual size and it was quite large- am ordering 1/2 size smaller and hope that works- because I do like how they look.

These were narrow and weirdly itchy. Looked great, but have to return.

it felt too large

I usally wear an 8 or 38, but with high arch and narrow heel, sometimes a 7.5 works for flats. Tried the 7.5 in these and my heel still slipped out. Disappointed to return them.

I saw a friend with a black pair of these in a size 8 so I ordered a white pair in a size 9. They didn’t even look like the same shoe and it was like a whole size bigger. Made my feet look frumpy. I sent them back.

I only received one shoe. I find it ridiculous that no effort was made to provide me the left shoe for this order. Very Frustrated!
