I bought two pairs and on both right soles inside is wrinkled talked to a femaleco worker and she said hers are the same ,the man co- worker does not have that problem

I never received this order. My shipping tracking says a label was made, but it was never dropped off for shipping. My email to the company bounced back.

They are too wide and slip off of my feet. Uncomfortable. I will not purchase from this company again

Ordered this shoes before Christmas. They never arrived. Customer service replied to one email asking if I wanted a refund or to resend the shoes. Asked to have them recent. Still no shoes or revenue a month later. Not a happy customer.

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life!

TERRIBLE. Still haven't received them! I've emailed you 3 separate times and I haven't even got a response back! This is terrible worst customer service, terrible experience. I still don't have my shoes that was ordered in the 2nd!

I ordered my first pair of dudes and they were too big - sized differently than what I normally wear. I tried, on line, to return so I could purchase the same shoes in a smaller size, but was told I could not return. Disappointed and probably will not purchase or recommend this company.

Still trying to get my original 15% off~why would I expect you to give me 10% Off without having to beg for it?

We have purchased both mens and women's Hey Dudes and the do not fit true to size. The men sizes are tight while the womens sizes run large. Purchased these for my wife for Christmas and they were too big. I tried to return them but Hey Dude did not accept since it was more than 30-days. Hey Dude should adjust this policy for the Christmas holiday period.

I'd like to give them more than 1 star but I'd have to get them to do that The shipping is worthless

They are too small for my husband. They were a Christmas gift and we just opened tonight and he can't wear them. I need to exchange them for a bigger size.

Cheaply Made

These did not hold up I wore them one time and the piece on the laces fell off very very dissatisfied

Got my normal size and i wore for one day hoping they maybe stretch still to small!

I was supposed to recieve them in 48 hours. It took a week. They're supposed to be very comfortable yeah right! Mediocre at best. I gave them to my dog as his new chew toy. Money wasted.

Ive purchase quite a few het dudes in size 10 and they fit perfectly; unfortunately, this style was way too big as though it was mid sized
