I admit—I ignored the suggestion that I order a full size smaller than I usually wear, so keep that in mind when the website tells you. Alas, it seemed to fit ok on one foot, slipping off my heel when I walk on the other foot. The knots were super-tight, so I gave up trying to untie and retie them tighter. This actually probably would have fixed the problem, but then there would have been these unevenly longer laces hanging over. I like the design, and they seem like they’d be comfortable if they fit well—a friend told me Hey Dudes are the most comfortable shoes she’s ever had. In the end, I just found myself weirdly wishy-washy about these shoes, so figured time to return and get something I know will work—but if they’d stayed on my feet, just as they were when they arrived, I definitely would have kept them.
