The boots actually surprised me. They fit perfectly right out of the box. That rarely happens because I have small, wide, flat feet kinda like a duck. Seriously. I wore them every day for (5) days and my only minor complaint is the toe cap is a little narrow (but only because of my oddly shaped foot) in my honest opinion if you have wide feet, these boots are pretty darn comfortable. And only one pair of socks is required. (People with wide, flat feet will understand what I mean by this)
