The size feels right. But, if you want to use any insoles then you might wanna try a halfsize bigger. Feels like there's zero arch support.
My issue is that they are not confortable at all! The bottom of my feet were aching after only a few hours of wearing them. Not even halfway through my 12 hour shift and my feet were aching like never before. I do not recomend them if you're gonna be on your feet for a long time.
