The wash and cut of these jeans are perfect. I wear a 32 in all Madewell jeans except the boyjeans. I recommend sizing down in this cut. A 31 fit great. My main dislike is that the zipper is crooked. Since I don’t usually tuck my shirts, I will keep them, but it bugs me that for this price, the zipper isn’t straight.

The Madewell slim Boyjean in Ellers wash could have been really nice, which is the reason for my 5 stars in “Style”. They were large even though I sized down; but I could have lived with that. However; the zipper was crooked making the jeans look & fit oddly. I had to return them
