Love this pretty dress, and so glad that I got it before my size ran out. I would say this dress runs smaller than you'd expect. Having ruffles, elastic waist and flowing skirt, the dress is forgiving size-wise, but the smocked waist is tight.

Such a pretty dress. Based on another review, I ordered a size up and the smocked waist was still uncomfortably tight and therefore "rode up" which created an unflattering blouson effect. (A blouson bodice is when a dress has a fitted elastic waistband that encourages the fabric to hang over it, literally blousing out.) Sadly, I had to return it.
