Nice Shoe, had a fail and Teva replaced them

I purchased two, Tanza and Hudson, with the intent to return one. In the end I liked and kept both. Though Velcro is great for personalizing the size of my feet, the quick clip made it easy to get my foot into the sandal without fighting with straps and for taking it off quick without concern for resetting the Velcro every time I put them on again. I like the way the both feel. Ultimately I liked Tanza more. Tanza foot pad has some design that felt like it gripped into the sole of my foot and I like the tan pattern more after taking them off - so for me Tanza was better only for personal psycho-sensory aesthetic. Hudson (gray color) looks nicer for dressing up to go out except the Velcro gray over-strap only covers half the black Velcro, which looks out of place.

We gave them as gift to my brother. He's wearing them!

Comfortable sandal. I thought the size was close but just a little smaller that what I traditionally wear for a size 9. I do have one foot half size bigger than the other so that could be coming into play. Overall pleased with the sandal and the product thus far.

I wear my Teva sandals all the time. I wear them to work, I wear them around the yard, I wear them to play disc golf. I only put them away when weather froces me too. I will always go back to get more Teva.

The fabric that fits against the feet are harsh and the stitches irritate my feet.

General day ware

They are OK for walking around but for a river shoe not so much.

Haven't worn them out of the house and only tried them twice. I thought they would have more cushioning and support in the heel to aid me with Plantar fasciitis. Is there a better model for this issue ?

Really miss having the snap instead of the Velcro closure. Having only this Hurricane version of it is so unfortunate. Also, not sure that I like this crisscrossing across the foot. We'll see.

The last pair I bought came apart after a short period of time. I am waiting to see if that was a fluke or if Tevas are just not as good as they used to be.

I returned this because the sizing was off, and it was only moderately comfortable. The Meechum is way better and looks like it will hold up better. This looked like the same construction of the Holloway I replaced because it delaminated and came apart.
