I believe the boots to be of well made quality. They just didn't agree with my toes for a ten hour shift. Again, I think it's a great product!

They took awhile to get used to but are over all pretty good boots.

I ran a half size smaller knowing it was a boot, but it still was large on my foot.

Half a size too big and I wear 11s in all of my shoes and other boots

Size what 3 full inches bigger

I bought these for my son who works at Les Schwab Tire. He can't wear them. No matter how loosely he ties them, they pinch at the ankle when he moves. Sadly, with Zappos' policy that returns must be in 'unworn' condition - we are out $100 now and my son still needs boots for work :/ Shopping locally from now on.

I wear a 9 in men... the 9 in this boot was way too big.

The steel toe felt like it wrapped around too far and cut into the sides of my toes. It was unbearable after day 3 I couldn't do it anymore. I had nice insert for them and all. But boy oh boy, the agony that comes with these make them not worth it. I deliver packages all day, it begins to wear on you

The size was true but I was looking for something with more toe width. The problem is not in the sizing but in the design. For people with pointier feet.

Looks like a good boot, but they are really uncomfortable.

I would like to return and exchange different one because They hurt my upper feet from my upper toe the padding are too thin the metal lacing touching my skin causing pain to feet yes I like to return them and exchange low top safety shoes .to be comfortable for my feet .

All of my shoes I wear a size 11 medium. Now I do have a narrow foot and need a lot of arch support, but this shoe literally swallowed my foot, even after I put an extra pair of insoles inside them. Also, they are heavier than I expected..probably my fault.

Good style but a person can’t work with this heavy shoes. I don’t think people work with this type of shoes.

Really uncomfortable and no arch support at all. I purchased my own in soles but it still felt uncomfortable. This will be the last time I would purchase.

This item is absolutely not a choice for working boot. They are very heavy and we may have difficulty working. The size is satisfactory. I don't recommend to buy this shoes/boots. Try some others.

They hurt my feet so bad . I only wore them for 2 hours and my feet still hurt from 3 days ago.
