First; Puma's are German. So, I can't imagine why the fit better than Van's; but they do... Adidas didn't work for me either. I have a long, narrow foot and I have finally found the perfect 'iconic' shoe for me; the Puma Suede Classic! I love them, and you will too!

Good looking and very comfortable.

These sneakers fit my husband perfectly. They are comfortable, and he loves the style. This sneaker could be dressed up for a casual dinner or dressed down for a day running errands. Very versatile.

These are classic all black PUMA’s. They fit nice and look good! Highly recommend

Not quite a comfortable as the old-school low Pumas of the past ... or maybe I'm misremembering. The material seemed thinner and it didn't have the cushioning I remember. I didn't quite like them when I first put them on. They seemed thin / cheap / stiff ... compared to what I was expecting ... but they broke in after a few days of wear, and I immediately bought a second pair to have a backup as soon as I realized how great they are. Don't give up on them because they feel stiff on day one ... they need a few days to break in and after that, you shouldn't be disappointed. And the folks at the surf shop said "cool sneakers" ... and they definitely know what's cool. Probably the best black / black sneaks available today. Just saying.

I have flat super feet and these do have an arch, however I trimmed the insole a bit around the arch and they fit great.

I bought them because of nostalgia. I had a pair when I was a teen (70's) when they were originally called "Basket". The styling is classic and I look just like "Clyde" playin' for the "Nicks". Not really, but Frazier was the man and Puma basket was the shoe. So why not sport them again.

Fit and size are perfect.The suede and soft texture makes for a comfortable running or walking pastime.

I wear a M12.5 - M13 and had heard that these run small, but they were right on the money. 13's were roomy but not too big. The suede Pumas are an iconic classic that work well with everything from shorts to chinos, but especially with denim. A must-have staple for an active man's closet.

I love this shoe, cute style & color. It's not cut for comfort for my foot (toes a bit squished), and ultimately I thought I shouldn't keep them if they don't feel comfortable. Sad to see them go.

Narrower than nike and smaller than Adidas. Looks great though.

I really like the look but they were kind of uncomfortable at first. My feet fit, but the shoes pinched near the ball of my foot. They seem to have gotten better with wear.

These shoes are really cute and just what I was looking for, something nicer than my running shoes but still casual/stylish. I would not say they are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn but hopeful with some time they will get more broken in. My only gripe is that they very quietly squeak when I walk... something that can only be heard in a quiet office setting or somewhere similar, which is not a huge issue but annoying when you are in said quiet office setting. Also FYI these are men's sizes-- I had to google a conversion chart to get the right size.
