Both zippers were faulty. Cannot use zipper because stitching is over and stops zipper.

It's "medium" size but honestly it's small. Also I accidentally purchased it and spent $10 on shipping and when I tried to cancel it Vera Bradley said they couldn't because they were working hard to get it shipped. It took like 10 days to get to me so they definitely could've canceled it they're just greedy. Guess I'll use it because if I return it I'll be out $10 shipping costs, but I'm not impressed with the product or Vera Bradley's customer service.

The item is smaller than expected.I would say rhis is small and not a medium. No sense in sending back i will just use for something.

It is far from what I thought a medium size would be.

This bag is way to big.

The Plaid pattern is so cool, and anybody would fall in love with the colors of it on the fabric and plaid pattern is evergreen, meaning it never goes out of fashion. However, the one star is only because the inside fabric design looks like a picture of corona virus giving very negative vibes and refraining anyone from buying this pattern, even though it is attractive from outside. Waste of such a cool outside design. Inside should have been plain fabric or same fabric design or some flowery design to keep it more cool.

Very disappointed in the medium size, I bought it to give as a gift, when it arrived I couldn't believed how small it was. Since I also purchased a large one I gave that as the gift and kept the medium for myself. It's to big to fit in a pocket book to keep a lipstick and a few th7ng sun, it's way to small to use as a makeup bag. I was tempted to send it back but didn't I wish if I would'ved have to pay the shipping charges so I decided to keep it. I guess at some point I'll use it for something. Never would have guessed this would be the medium, look like it should be the small.

These bags were advertised as medium and were a lot smaller than we expected. :(

The interior is much smaller than what I needed.
