The goal is to have all Darn Tough socks - will get there eventually. I am actually a womens shoe size 12.5-13, so I buy the mens socks.

Great running socks. Super comfortable. The padding gives cushioning while exercising, without making the sock too warm. The merino wool keeps your feet dry. The construction of the sock allows plenty of ventilation on the top of the sock.

It fits true to size if say. The slightly shrink after first wash, but does not become tight at all. Best socks I've ever owned.

I love Darn Tough socks. However, I sent 6 pairs back under their lifetime replacement warranty over a year ago & have reached out to inquire where the replacements are & havent received the replacements. Thats disappointing.

These socks are soft and provide great cushion. Ive been working out in these socks, not really using them for hiking. I think Ill be buying more of these for the same purpose as I expect theyll last longer and are more comfortable than my athletic socks from another popular merino brand.

If you are on the fence, I definitely recommend taking the plunge. My husband wears out socks quickly and these are perfect for him.
