The straps are to tight.

I like the style and comfort of these flip flops but they do seem a little narrower than I expected. I have wide feet so I often order men's sizes when appropriate for the style of footwear because of the wider width. These didn't seem much wider than women's sizes. They are wearable, however, and I like the cushioned footbed and arch support so I'll hope the stretch a bit to make the width more comfortable.

Had to return. Straps were far too tight and they run small.

Average flip flops. The arch support seems to push my heels outwards leaving a noticeable barren spot on the inside back of the flip flops. Same happened with another pair of Santa Ana I bought from a different vendor, which was returned. Also the straps on the top of the foot are very snug. It would be more comfortable if they were a little loose.

Kind of disappointed with these flip flops. When I first tried them on, they felt very comfortable. Lots of cushioning and good arch support, but after I started using them to walk, I noticed a tragic design flaw. The strap is mostly neoprene, but there is this little plasticky square with the sizing information. It isn't stamped on like on the Fannings I've previously purchased. While the rest of the strap is comfortable, this little plasticky bit grips your skin and rips at it. If you aren't planning on walking hardly at all in these, they might work for you. Like if they're just for standing around in the backyard grilling. But for moving any sort of distance, I definitely would not recommend them.

I wanted to like these but couldn't. They look great and seemed like they were well made, but the arch support was so high that it hurt my foot and the straps were too loose for my low volume foot. Glad Zappos has a good return policy.

The part that goes between my toes was designed poorly, first time I put them on I took a few steps and got an immediate friction burn. Have had many reefs, never had this issue.

Very disappointed with these. They look awesome and are very comfortable. The left sandal fit well but the right one was too small! This is the second time this has happened to me with Reef flip flops.
