I have literally done everything in these, from chasing a Labrador Retriever through a creek to Ocean fishing to walking the beach. This is my third pair of Columbia Bahama Vent shoes. I have had on/off acute plantar fasciitus for over 9 years and it has been difficult finding casual shoes or sneakers that work for me and the Bahama vent has been my go to shoe for comfort and support. I cannot pinpoint any specific attribute in the shoe that helps me and my ailing feet but the overall design and fit is an excellent match. They are extremely comfortable, durable, and provide just enough support to satisfy my ailing feet. I wear them casually with shorts, use them a lot during the summer and for fishing. The Bahama Vent shoe is one of the best shoes available.

The shoes were delivered quicker than I expected and are very comfortable. My son calls them "dad shoes" but he also said they are some of my better looking "dad shoes". I'm hoping they last me 10 years like my Columbia boots have.

This shoe is very relaxing and cool when out on sunny days wore this on a cruise and it was so comfortable the entire 7 days will be definitely be getting a second pair. I also wear them fishing and they give so much comfort on my bass boat.

I bought these shoes for my husband for Father's Day. He's been looking for a good comfy, not just boat shoe. They are beyond comfortable and go very well with shorts.

these shoes are perfect for everyday use and classy enough to wear to church on sunday. The vents thur the bottom of the sole gives great airflow to your feet. Will deffently buy another pair just waiting for the other styles to have my size.

I ordered these a few weeks ago and loved them so much I got another pair. These shoes are super light and very comfortable. Perfect to wear during summer with no socks, my feet sweat a lot but I don't seem to have that issue when wearing these - very breathable. I plan to use these around town, to work, and camping. Seem to be very good quality and will hold up over time. I have not gotten them wet yet so can't speak to how well they drain and how quickly they dry. I used to have a pair of Sanuks and really liked them, though the quality was no where near as good; the soles wore out within a year and the fabric ripped at the toe on both. I will definitely continue buying these as long as they are available, very happy with my purchase.

I got these for my husband and also my dad. They both love them because they are comfortable, easy to clean and aren't slippery on wet surfaces. Dad loves them by the pool and they are both excited to use them on our Deep Sea Fishing trip next week. They love them so much my friend ordered them for her dad for Fathers Day.

Bought this shoe to serve as my day-to-day casual shoe. I was skeptical about buying shoes on line but Columbia made my experience worth while. If your looking for a comfy shoe, this is the right one for you. Fits well and looks great!

I am 6'8" and 240lbs I wear a size 14-15 depending on the brand. My feet measure 13.5. I ordered size 14 in these and I love them. Seriously some of the most comfortable shoes I own. I was not expecting to like them this much. Not sure how they will hold up over regular wear but I am usually not too hard on shoes so I am hopeful they last awhile.

I went to Academy in search of a new pair of Sperry's and these shoes caught my eye. I tried them on and immediately took them to the check-out. They're very comfortable and dry quickly after washing down the boat after every run. The grip on slick surfaces is as expected with most other boat shoes but the comfort is phenomenal. I rate them highly in comfort! Thanks Columbia!

These may be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I live in them. I wear them to work with socks or just casual with no socks. I have people compliment me on their looks all the time and ask where I got them. Great shoe!

Great fit and light weight shoe that can be dressed up or dressed down. Perfect for a night out or a day on the water.

My son loves the shoes

I normally wear a 9.5 but got these in a 10 and they fit just right. The shoes are lightweight and don't get too hot. I got them in ancient fossil and steel and they look good with shorts and jeans. They have the look of a lace-up shoe but don't be fooled. The laces are stretchy bands that don't tie. This allows you to just slip the shoes on - perfect!

My favorite pair of shoes in my closet. Don't get discouraged after the first wear, they take just a bit to break in, but after that they have become the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I've tried other brands of shoes that are designed to wear without socks (boat shoes) but they always make my feet sweat, resulting in a stinky house. The Columbia Bahamas breathe well, and don't leave your feet feeling sweaty. They look great with just about any outfit, I even wear them to church on Sunday. I love these shoes so much I bought a second pair to store in my closet after the fist wears out. Hopefully Columbia will continue to make these shoes for years to come.

I have wide feet with a high arch and most slip ons do not work for my feet, however, these are perfect. They formed to my feet after a couple of wears. These are great for summer weather.
