These were interesting and felt sturdy but a little too stiff for my persnickety feet. Maybe a half size small. I have narrow heel and wide forefoot--seemed ok for both. Back they go.

Oversize was slightly different from the Flow I bought in 2022. Also the support in the shoe is not as good, tougher rather than soft, my arch isn’t as supported and when I add the same insert I used in my previous shoe, I end up with foot pain around the balls of my feet. Still functional, just different. Will still keep it as long as I can.

This is a very basic entry-level hiking shoe. I appreciated the extra room in the toe box. However, the deal breaker was the plastic on the top outer edge that pressed through the lining and cut into the side of my foot. Returned.

Shoes initially felt tight but the soles felt good, nice and cushiony, and I wore them for 30 minutes or so. The next day when I wore them for 6+ hours I actually had to untie them about 2 hours in because they were so tight across the balls of my feet that my feet were aching horribly. The only way they feel ok is to wear them tied as loose as they would be if they weren't tied at all. This is my 3rd pair of Columbia's (different styles) and the others were totally comfortable for years. My foot is not wide, never worn a wide shoe before but with these I need it! I'd send them back if I hadn't had to wear them a couple hours before realizing the problem!!!! Style is fine, length is fine, but they are very narrow across the balls.
