I'm 5'2" and these pants were full length on me. My daughter thought they were pajamas. Also the Toad & Co. Chaka fabric has changed from past years. I have several old Chaka skirts and this Chaka fabric is not as high of quality, not nearly as soft.

I was expecting something much more substantial than these pants for the high price tag. Very cheap fabric. Nothing special about these.
