it's hard to write a positive review when the shoe is size too small in the width. For those who don't have a wide foot the shoe might be very good. It's a nice looking shoe and it seems well enough mate but they are sized way too small and width. If extra wide was available this you might have worked for me.

I didn't find it wider than traditional shoes. I only used it 2 times and I feel that the seam on the sides is being damaged. In both feet water enters easily on the sides, even with less than 1/4 of water on the shoes, not being waterproof, or being of poor quality. The insole does not provide comfort.

I ordered a size 8 1/2 but the shoe feels like a size 8. Does not fit true to the size I ordered.

Bought these are an 8 mend wide, the instep (height) of the shoe was shallow and the width, even as a wide, was narrower then previous versions. I could only wear these if I removed the insole, and they were still tight. Passed them on to a nephew rather then pay to return them.

Beautiful shoe but the wide is not wide at all. I feel like they just slapped a wide label on a normal shoe. Almost every review so far says these are too narrow. Columbia do you see a pattern? Please take this feedback and design shoes for those of us with flipper feet!

It states waterproof. It's far from it. Any bit of rain and your socks will get wet.

On a trip to the USA I bought these shoes very excited, they look very nice, they only lasted 2 months, they broke on the sides and the sole is made of very soft rubber that breaks. If you want to use them for walking in the mountains or trekking, DO NOT BUY THEM

The worst experience with Columbia, I have used many products of this brand but, this time I was disappointed. I will never buy shoes with you again.

I had a tennis shoes for Dane three months and the souls have removed their self from the bottom. There is no longer waterproof. My feet it wet. I work a job that requires me to be in and around water and it did not last the second month.

I bought these shoes in prep for my first backpacking trip. They are lightweight and great waterproof ability. I went on a 30 mile hike and wasn't shy stepping in the creeks and I stayed dry. This product gets 1 star because I haven't even owned these shoes 2 months and the sole is coming apart near the toe and the outer material is ripping apart. I wanted to love these shoes but expected for these to last more than 2 months of use.

Trailstorm. Purchased sep 2022. Worn occasionally on hikes. Seldom if ever wet. And stored inside house. Holes on top outside near small toe. No longer waterproof. Have another type Columbia waterproof hikers 5+ years with no issues. But thees quality issues. Recommend a do not buy

Terrible quality in every poasible way... cheap material, bad design, horrible manufacturing! Please, avoid yourself the troubles, these shoes do not worth even the wait of the package to arrive.

I bought many Columbia jackets, but this is my first pair of shoes, which I'm returning for many reasons: 1. It's not wide enough. I have a collection from other brands, I wear size 9.5 with all of them, this Columbia one is is incredibly narrow (see picture comparing to another popular brand). I had to put on my dressy socks in order to fit my feet in, I couldn't couldn't use my fluffy sports sock 2. The sole is hard rock, one day of walking in the office brought me pain in the bottom of my feet. The inserts are a joke. 3. Since it's waterproof proof and narrow, my feet sweat quickly and feels cold. The only thing I like is the black on black color.

The mesh upper material is bad quality it start tearing after a months later if casual wearing, with also make foot very hot & sweat.

Wide is not near wide enough! I was not even able to keep them on my feet for 2 minutes before they started to lose circulation.

Shoes don't hold up. Holes like others have posted. Liked the look and feel. Disappointed it only took 4 months before they are no longer waterproof and looking worn out.
