If you have no foot problems this might be a good shoe for you but even with my insoles in them these killed me with foot pain. I wore them for a month and now they're going in the trash. Merrell's shoes just don't provide the support they'll used to.

these shoes took me to the lowland, the highland and isle of Skye in Scotland, they were cool on my feet and easy to climb the hillside and also walk on the beach, ( sand did get in through the mesh) though.

Great shoes for walking and hiking. First time I have bought this brand. So comfortable and fit is true to size.

Fits true to size and comfortable right away. I can wear with or without socks and find the shoe breathes well. Love the color

The perfect shoe I was looking for to hike Havasupai! They are sturdy enough to withstand currents and rocky terrain. The laces are different, although easy to manage. I tightened them and then knotted them so they stayed at my desired fit. Otherwise I'm sure you can cut and take off the black piece to make regular laces. Highly recommend for amphibious adventures!

I like everything about the Wildwood Aerosportcolor, fabrics, style, laces, and comfort. I have twice purchased Merrell waterproof-leather hiking boot to wear in fall and winter and they haven't disappointed me. I think I'll be able to say the same about the Wildwood.

Super comfortable. Could walk miles in them the first day.

I bought these for summer walks on the city trails, wanted lots of air flow for the hot humid days, and other reviews indicated that they were perfect for those conditions. Very comfortable, not too tight, the shoe allows lots of toe movement and fits true to my size 8.5. Soles thick enough to give enough support, and not too chunky. Only I chose to use regular laces in them and removed the elastic tie closure, the laces give me added stability and support.

I tried these on and even took them home for a day. Love the mesh and would have loved them for the summer. Alas, too narrow for my bunions!regrettably took them back. Really wish they came in wide!

Mesh shoes! So different, but think they will be great for the summer. And of course they are Merrels so no break in time needed. Great arch support.

These are very light and breathable. I love the new innovative laces. I play pickleball in them and they have enough support for me. Very comfortable. Great shoe!

Very comfortable and getting used to the no shoelace/tie option. They are getting easier to get in as they become accustomed to my food, very light weight as well, usually don't know you are wearing them. Great cushion an support.

Bought the pink version for an overseas trip. They're light weight and super comfortable. Great for wearing on rainy days as they dry super quickly too.

The first pair of these shoes were a gift from my mother. I teach river kayaking and she knew I had said I needed a new pair of river shoes and she also knew that I only buy Merrell hiking shoes. The first time out on the Current River (Ozark National Scenic Riverways) I was in love. Great traction on rocks getting in and out of my boat as well as for when I take the occasional swim. These shoes have seen lakes, multiple Missouri streams, and even the Mississippi River. I went ahead and bought another pair even though the first still have plenty of life!

Best summer shoes for walking. These are my 4th pair. I just love them this much.
