I purchased a single pair as a potential replacement for another brand whose updated design omits the fly. I'm 6'2 and 175lbs and find the medium size provides a close but comfortable fit that keeps everything in order. The waistband is a generous width, extremely soft, and does not bind. I've washed them several times, and they've been in the dryer on the appropriate setting with my other woolens. They have retained their size, shape, and fit. I'll be buying more.

The most comfortable underwear I've worn.

This our my new favorite pair of underwear. I have been wearing and still do wear Lululemon, Patagonia and Saxx. These are my all around favorite.

I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on underwear, but now that I have I will only wear Smartwool boxer briefs from now on! Fit great, feel great, like the colors. Can't wait to get more.

I now own three pairs of Smartwool boxers, and these are my favorite yet. The other two are the Sport 150, and I found them to fit looser (like regular boxers, not boxer briefs) and also to not be as comfortable. These ones have a higher wool content, and that seems to work really well. These are an everyday item for me, whether I'm just going to work, traveling or hiking. Would strongly recommend them. #SmartwoolLove

If you could only pick one pair of underwear for the rest of your life, my choice would be these. In my opinion, the fit is perfect; not too loose, not too tight. I've been wearing these for years and slowly changing out all other underwear. I've been in temps ranging from -25F to 105F in these and they are always comfortable. They just feel amazing next to skin and even the waistband has merino next to skin. In addition, the waistband is wider than normal and doesn't stretch out much over time. The only Con I can think of is they aren't super durable and will wear out over time. Another review mentioned they wore out in a year but I've gotten much longer out of mine. #SmartwoolLove

I use these undershorts for daily wear and backpacking and love them for both purposes. They're comfortable and odor-free and I find I can get many day's wear out of them without washing. They're a great improvement over the moisture-wicking synthetics I have been wearing for hiking and backpacking. They are a little warm in warm weather, but not intolerable. I plan on buying more.

Great product for work, play, and relaxing. Feels good and promotes a comfortable environment whatever the temperature.

These have become my new daily wear. Very comfortable and do not creep up my legs. Wore them hiking and had no issues with chaffing. Bought three initially and they were so good bought three more.

I'm a firefighter and I can go from having shorts on in hot/humid weather to wearing turnout gear which is very heavy and not really breathable. Putting gear on and off so often it helps to have clothing that wicks moisture away and keeps you comfortable. I will slowly phase out all of my other under garments and have all smart wool.

My girlfriend tells me this is my nicest pair of underwear and I wouldn't say I disagree. High-quality material that wears well on the mountain, at work, on a flight or downtown.

These are awesome. Comfortable. They don't smell after a few wears (c'mon you all know camping and traveling can be tough sometimes). The elastic band doesn't bite and the lowers are plush. Definitely my favorite pair of undies.

Very comfy and great for travel or long excursions due to them not getting stinky. Legs are a little loose on me so they ride up a little but I have skinny legs and I'd still buy them again. Tag on the bag is excessive and says to cut it out but then you are still left with annoying leftovers because you can't cut it cleanly off.

Only worn a few times but they are comfortable and keep me dry while sweating. They seem to be built well so I'm excited to see how long they will last.

I really like these briefs, the material is second to none and allows breath ability. The waist band is quite wide and does not cut into you. The only draw back I have noticed is the "fly" is rather small and they are quite speedy. if they have a long durability like I expect, then they will be worth it. I will definitely be buying more soon. If I win the "sweepstakes" I will buy several more very soon.
