Really great for my narrow feet. But has a tight toe box. Ordering a 1/2 size up for proper toe spread when running.

I really love these shoes! The colors are perfect for my personality. Not too loud, but still unique. Bought them about a year ago. I'm gentle on shoes, and typically a pair of Merrells will last a long time. These will not. Where the support was great, it's now broken down to where my arches are falling! I'm really disappointed that these didn't last.

I oved the style, and the materials, however the arch support was positioned to far back and made the shoe very uncomfortable

These are some of the most comfortable trail runners I've ever owned. Not only do they look cute, they had great function. I used them for going up and down hills and always had great traction. The only problem shortly after I purchased them, the side near my little toe ripped out. I thought maybe it was due to a trail hazard, but the second pair I bought did the same thing. I wish they were a little bit more durable.

The colors and support are great, however, like many others have said the shoes quickly developed holes where my pinky toes are. Would be 5 star worthy if they had held up longer.

I have been through two pairs of Antora 2 now, and I am on the fence. On the one hand, they might be the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They are incredibly versatile, suitable for trails, walking the dog, and running errands. On the other hand, both pairs have fallen apart across the toes, similar to what other reviewers have mentioned. After the first pair, I thought maybe I was just unlucky, so I ordered a new pair to replace them. Unfortunately, the new pair had the same problem. I was tempted to try a third pair because they’re just so comfortable, but I think I’m done with this shoe.

I bought these because they are cute and because I love Merrell's products. I wear them every day of work and sometimes on weekends so they get a lot of use. After 4 months, I noticed the left ankle had a hole in it. I have had shoes that I wear daily for 2 years never wear away that quickly, if ever. I contacted customer service and they sent me a code to buy a new pair since they were under warranty, which is a huge plus. However, the same shoe isn't available anymore. I guess I'll try something new. (I have had Merrell boots and they have lasted me years so I'm sad about these.).
I wear an 8.5 but also use an orthotic. These were perfect once I removed the insole.

These shoes are not neutral. They are pronating. I did not find them comfortable on the inside. More on the harder side. Size was perfect. Still a Merrell fan.

Got the Brindle and loved the look of the shoe but unfortunately, it felt narrow, especially in the mid foot area. And even more unfortunately, inventory on the the wide model of this shoe is scarce. Had to put on notification list in case any come in in this color.

I love the color, the fit, and the support of this style. The reason it gets only 3 stars is that after only about 4 months the shoes are wearing out and need to be replaced. This happened with the last pair of the same basic shoe (but different color). I expect Merrell to be much higher quality materials.

Strange change in this shoe….I love this style and wanted a second pair. Unfortunately, this pair had an unwelcome change. The back of the shoe is now shorter. Not sure why. I could not keep it since it felt like there should have been another inch or more behind my heel/ankle. Great
shoe in the past re support. Fabric did not last quite as long as expected.

So nice and good looking!
So sad the material in the inner backing is already worn through after just a few months.

I like Merrill Alpine but thought I gave these a try. They are comfortable however the toe box is very wide and make my feet look like clowns. Not my style so going back.

Very cute shoe but sadly no support for my over pronated right food. No support at all. Had to go back.

My friend and I recently bought a Merrell Antora 2 shoes which was on sale. Both of us ordered size 9 medium, but when the shoes arrive, it is more like it is size 8. It is so small either of us can fit on it. Too bad, we bought it on sale, so no Return and No Exchanges. I am writing this review so others will be aware that the Antora 2 fit small. Order 1 size bigger.

These were described as hiking shoes. They are NOT. Better suited to walking on lightly gravely path. Not sturdy enough to hike trails in Glacier National Park = reason i bought

I bought these shoes about 2 months ago and I wear them for walking in the morning. They are starting to pull apart. I had to put supper glue on them to keep them from separating

Wanted to love these they are perfect for my need !! But the bottoms collect way too much mud therefore forgoing traction.
Then on the technical side the pronation it encourages - aggravated my right knee.
AND MERRELL WONT RETURN !

I bought these for a backpacking thru-hike lasting 130 miles. The cushioning in them collapsed inward and caused serious gait issues. Because of the foam cushioning, I do not believe they can withstand the added weight of a backpack, maybe ultralight though. I loved these out of the box, but disappointed they broke down in less than 100 miles.

I really wanted these shoes to work. They are more attractive in person than in the photos. I need a wide shoe to accommodate a slight bunion and orthotics. The toe box felt great, even with the orthotics, but the heel on the right shoe was too big. I could tell that my foot wanted to slip out, which just seemed like a recipe for a blister were I to actually hike in them (this could be a "me" problem and not the shoe's). The heel cup also seemed too shallow, especially once I tried the orthotic (meaning it felt like my foot was sitting too high in the shoe and was on the verge of coming out). For hiking shoes, I'm actually surprised at how low the "cuff" of the shoe is. My normal running shoes provide more ankle coverage than these do.
If you don't have problematic feet, I would give these a try. The colors are really fun and not over the top.

.after putting 20 miles on them, Im disappointed. I wish I had repurchased Rubatos, as they have a wider toe box, feel much more cushioned, and have far better traction. I will wear these because I spent a lot of $ on them, but I will not rebuy.

I usually wear 6.5 in athletic sneakers, have flat feet and slight supination (apparently a rare combination). I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes. They JUST fit with regular cotton sock. (If you intend to wear thick socks maybe 1/2 size up?) I returned because the footbed felt HARD and INFLEXIBLE. Around the ankle is extra padding and looked weird. I thought it was to protect the ankle but they are low cut so I'm not sure of the purpose. I bought for light day hiking and daily walking on pavement. I would not want these for either! (Mine were also defective because part of the back dug into my ankle, which didn't happen with another color I tried.)
