1) Comfy. Shoe feels great. 2) lugs very good on the trails; mud, sand, whatever. 3) Tough toe box. Protects those toes from rocks and root run ins. 4) Upper holding up well through many trail marathons and ultras.

These are really nice. I have over 300 miles on them, they are still comfortable and showing little wear. :)

I needed a shoe that was comfortable yet durable to the terrain I am hiking. I landed on this shoe and couldn't be more satisfied. The most comfortable shoe I have EVER had on my feet! Period!

I bought these for mostly running on the road during snow days, but I took them out on a mountain in VT with a friend and they performed excellently. Had good traction in varying snow conditions. Definitely will get another pair when these wear out.

These shoes are very plush, comparable to Nike React cushioning. The tread is great off road although I use these mostly as sneakers. The tread does wear quicker on the sidewalk but not that bad. I am thoroughly impressed by these shoes and they continue to impress me. Very pleased and I will likely buy another pair when the ones I have give out. I slept on Merrell for a while but these shoes are worth it.

Their lightweight and comfortable. They also have a really good grip on the soles. So comfortable that you almost forget you have them on. Love them!

These are amazing! Comfortable with plenty of cushion and support! Great fit that hugs your foot! Perfect for trail runs

After several hikes through Sedona and the Grand Canyon I have thoroughly enjoyed these shoes. I cannot rate the longevity yet but good grip for what we have done so far.

The shoes arrived quickly and were on my feet the same day. Excellent fit and comfort. They took the insoles well. My only comments are sizing is small in that I should have gone with a 1/2 or 1 size larger and i wish they were a bit more waterproof.

The last pair of Merrell's I bought was the Chameleon tactical. Those shoes are incredibly comfortable. I wanted a pair of sneakers that were more casual and light-weigh, so I went with the flight. The Moab Flights offers great comfort with the padding, and the additional ventilation is great for my flat, and more than often clammy feet. I am also considering buying another pair for my mid-night jobs/walks. Great Job Merrell!

I'm a long-term Merrell customer and have been through probably a dozen pairs of shoes over the last decade or more. I walk 15 miles a week on pavement and also hike and mountain bike cross-country. The Moab Flights are the most comfortable walking shoes I've owned right out of the box. They're very lightweight, and the heel construction absorbs a lot of impact. It remains to be seen how durable they are, but so far I am quite happy with the purchase.

Already own 2 pairs of Moabs boots and wanted something for the summer trip to Grand Canyon. These shoes are incredible-comfort, support, style, and cool These are now my go-to everyday walk-abouts!

Most comfortable shoes I have ever tried on. That includes Merrell Moab vents, Nike, Asics, New Balance. Amazing trail walking, hiking or run shoe. Fabric seems lighter so well see how they hold up.

I purchased this shoe at a AAFES store. I usually take a wide shoe but these fit great in a medium width and really feel like walking on a cloud. I have sore knees and these have seemed to help tremendously. So far very happy with purchase! Now I need to find some winter gore-tex shoes that are this comfortable.

Old guy here with bad knees , I have wore Merrill shoes for 30 years. This new Moab Flight is the best combination of Cushion and Stability that I have owned .

I just finished 14 miles, 3,000 ft gain and decent in the Eastern Sierras with a 30lb pack. These shoes are AMAZING. They are very cushy and very comfy. From the outer walls of the shoes to the super wide footprint of the soles. These shoes absorbed so much shock as we descended down into the valley. Tons of grip on the lugs. I just love how comfy my feet felt in them the entire time. True to size 10.5 for me. Also LOVE the styling of the orange pair. I am so stoked to have found these. Might need to get a few pairs. I wish they had a running version for roads just like this. I have never tried Hoka but I imagine that this is similar with the wide footprint of the sole and lots of cushin. A+.
