Like all the other Mizuno shoes I have owned, these are best suited for normal-to-narrow feet. Very lightweight training shoe, good for HIIT, jump-roping, or other general cross-training workouts. Would not recommend them for running or extensive outdoor walking. The sole is fairly thin and doesn't have a lot of support, and the tread seems best suited for indoor surface traction. They are what I was looking for -a lightweight shoe for mainly indoor exercise- but I would not recommend these if you need a lot of support or want a more all-around trainer that you can run in.

Everyday wear. They are the best arch support sneakers I have ever had. They really support the arch and helps wit plantar fasciitis. I love them so much I have bought 5 pairs

Really good looking shoe, although not quite as comfy as I've grown to expect from Mizuno. Definitely size up a half size, it runs small.

Really nice shoes to train in the gym! They seemed very narrow, but once I tried them they felt great.

I bought these shoes for aerobic dance class. I am 72 years old and have plantar fasciitis and hammer toes, so not great feet. These shoes are very comfortable and stable. They have good arch support and are sturdy, so they aid in balance and stability. They were one of the brands recommended by my podiatrist.
I'd also recommend:
Asics, New Balance, Brooks

Mizuno has yet to disappoint. These fit perfectly and were comfortable right away. They're great for cross-training.

These look phenomenal, but be aware, they run slightly small in comparison to other Mizuno shoes I've bought. I really love the look, but they're going to take a bit more breaking in time than usual. I felt a blister forming after only 1 mile, which isn't something I've ever had w/other Mizuno shoes.

These fit tight. I would order up a 1/2 size. I like them though and have received compliments in the gym on the style.

Look good, but there is no removable footbed so the inside stitching rubs against the foot. Has minimal support.
