Okay, so I bought these training shoes for exactly that. I love how they feel while I am walking around at the gym. Everything I do at the gym starts at my feet and overall balance. You will absolutely love the comfort of these shoes and how stable they make you feel. They have great arch support without feeling stiff. So, here's the side benefit. I had to quickly run an errand one day and just happened to put on these training shoes to do so. Well, they look great with jeans and also work very well as walking shoes. Since that time, I've worn them around and have received several compliments. I hope this shoe, the design, and color options are here to stay as I will be back to buy more in the future.

Shoe is great for overal crossfit training, running, jumping etcetera. However, i wouldn't use it for heavier weight lifting as the stability mainly on the inside is lacking for this.

Very flexible and flat shoe that allows for easy movement.

The shoes look great and fit very well! Wish the sole was softer but still very happy with them

Not as comfy, but you feel like you are really apart of the ground. They also squeak very loudly.

I use these shoes for weight training a little more cushion is needed, I have to switch shoes when I want to do different exercises. Hopefully in the future that shoe will be available by Mizuno. On the upside they're a great looking shoe

These shoes are not as comfortable as I thought they would be especially from Mizuno.

This is not a typical mizuno shoe. Really uncomfortable and does not offer any support.
