My very FIRST order with Sorel and I received used, worn shoes. Very disgusted that they would send anyone these shoes!!

supper narrow..and cushy at all..was hoping forna nice cushioned shoe...super cute tho

They look beautiful and stylish when they just came from the box, but I wore them a couple of times and they look years old, very disappointed with the shoes

I returned these right away. They were too tight in the toe cage. I also felt little lateral support for my foot

I'm actually really disappointed in these and wouldn't recommend them. They feel like poor quality and design - almost like foot area proportions are off. Wish I would have returned them and gotten my money back. Normally I'm a Sorel lover!

These are so cute. Wore around the house they felt great just snug at the top, kinda sticks into your leg a bit. I was hoping that would stretch. But after a day of wearing them out (so I got rid of all the packaging) they are awful. Like other reviewers said the lacing that goes around sticks into your foot. Literally cuts in. I do not recommend. Now I'm stuck with an expensive pair of shoes I can't wear.

The shoe is not true to size, it definitely runs small. I wanted so badly to like these shoes, but the opening for your foot/ankle cuts into you all the way around your foot, front and back. The top part of the shoe is super tight. I bought the same size as my last Sorel sneakers and they just are NOT the same in any way.

Unfortunately these made my toes fall asleep (Which I have never had another shoe cause). I ordered them online and was unable to try them on and I'm now not able to return or exchange.

I was so disappointed in these shoes I'm a big sorel fan .. the sizing is wrong I usually wear a 8 in sorel shoes but these are a little to small and they feel cheaper in the quantity should have sent them back

I had high hopes for these shoes! One of the most uncomfortable pair of tennis shoes I have ever owned. Sadly, I was so excited to receive them, that I wore as soon as they arrived and was unable to return.

Toe box is very narrow and causes intense pain in my toes.

I loved my shoes until I put them on and the first day I wore my shoes on a walk a twig hit my foot and put a hole in my shoe

Same rating as the Impact Strap sneaker. They are very tight around the ankle, cutting of circulation. I love the color and want to keep the shoes. I did not get to wear these at all. Sadly...

I received an email saying it was shipped over 14 days ago but there is no update on shipment when I check tracking. This is the second pair in a row (ordered within a month) that there is NO tracking info. These shoes are too expensive to have such an unreliable shipping and tracking service. I own 5 pair and do not recommend this company to send shoes in the mail.

Uncomfortable. Returned. And they charge for return shipping.

Disappointed when I opened up the package. They look visibly low quality. There's visible glue on the seams.

I purchased these a couple months ago because I have heard they were great shoes, but there is nothing at all that stands out. As far as comfort it's no better than other brands and the material used is not quality material. Also the laces always come undone even if I double knot.

I bought this month and a half ago and both of my shoes have holes in the them. I love Sorel & l never had any issues with any product until now. The fact that l paid full price and they just started having holes after only month & half is terrible. I'm very disappointed!

I received these shoes as a gift and thought they were so cute. At first they were extremely comfy but a hole started forming in the big toe right away. I lightly use them over the course of the summer and while on a walk a big hole in the nylon ripped because I tripped on a stick. Bad quality considering how expensive they are. Would not recommend.
