Not true to size and to return they charge shipping. To pay this much for a shoe the customer should not have to pay shipping.

The first time I worse these shoes the seam on the heel turned under and wouldn't straighten at all. They tore my feet up. It was definitely a defect of the shoe. I bet they would be great if the structure of the shoe held up.

Love this shoe, however the toe box is very narrow..

I wanted to love these but they were way too narrow and not that comfortable; I returned them after trying them on

I want to love these shoes. The color is amazing. BUT they are shedding my heals. The stretchy rim around the ankle opening leans in and is destroying my heels. Such a total bummer because I have worn them twice and now can't return them. Any advice on how to stretch that rim out so it can't rub my heel?

I purchased these shoes last year and like everyone else the mesh on the toes ripped. I purchased them again this year knowing they probably fixed it. These haven't ripped on the toes but are unraveling at the opening of the shoe. Super poor quality.

I know mesh shoes have a tendency to do that but this happened in under 5 wears. They fit well and I was light with them because they were my new shoes. I have to wear black socks so that it's not so obvious. I usually make returns when I'm not satisfied but the return process didn't seem worth it so I've just kept them. The same issue with my white kinetic strap. This is my 5th and final review today. I really like the styles you guys have but the brand is leaving a bad taste in my mouth after so many issues. I have one review left to write and that one will be the only good one for your booties. Five out of six purchases have all been problematic despite looking so cool.

The laces are just for show. The shoes are to tight on my feet and I don't believe I have fat feet. The heel cushion makes me step funny and it makes my feet tired. I'm not impressed.

I purchased the white, brown and lime green sneakers. I washed them in a delicate cycle with no spin. The brown trim faded on the white main area and the sneakers are orange. It's such a disappointment. I own several pair in different colors and concerned to wash them.

Cute but not comfortable. I wanted these to work so bad because I love the colors so much but after wearing for a day of nonstop walking, me feet were killing me and the top had rubbed a sore into my ankle. Had to return.

Very low profile around and behind the foot. The foot tends to slip. It is difficult to find low profile socks that work with these shoes.

Unfortunately I couldn't tell from the photos online that the trim on the ankle the opening of the shoes was a thin hard fabric. It's not like a typical athletic shoe. It cuts into your skin and is quite uncomfortable even in socks. I threw away the boxes immediately or would have returned both pairs. (I bought two colors as I like the look of the shoe)

They are really not comfortable.. I am a little bit disappointed as I was waiting for this high ticket shoe.

This is my first pair was so excited for these. Had my eyes on these got a long time but not comfortable at all. Not at all

Very disappointed with how uncomfortable these shoes are. They hurt your heel with the way they are stitched. Definitely do not size down (I didn't and they still hurt).

Left shoe doesn't tighten as much as the right side and is always coming undone regardless of it being double knotted.

Very little arch support. Not easy to get on. I was disappointed. The top of the shoe by the ankle is tight. I have very average feel to even slim. I never have problems like this.

I am very sad as I asked for these for my bday and was super excited about getting them! I think that they are such a cute shoe. However, they are way too tight on the tops of my toes. I can not keep them on for longer than a half hour otherwise my feet go numb from how bad they are getting squeezed from the shoe. I have never had this issue with any other shoe before! I have no idea how to make them more tolerable or make them stretch out somehow?

I was so excited to buy this shoe they look so beautiful and comfortable in the wed site and videos, but they run to big and in the top of the shoes is tight, and I will not return it because I don't want to pay more money.( The warranty said the customer have to pay for it), two start because they are pretty.
