I bought two pairs in 2010, then another two pairs in 2017. For some reason the left ones give out. Just ordered another two pairs. Seems like the life expectancy is 7 years. Not bad.

Strap misplacement made my heel placement hang off the edge of the soul. Tried on another pair at a retail store and it had the same issue. Just this style though.

I bought my first pair of Sanuks 10 years ago on a whim for a last minute trip to Mexico. I LOVED THEM. For the last decade I exclusively wore that pair until they met their demise last month. I had to of course, get another pair! The same ones to boot! This is only my second pair but I'll be back for another in 2034! Thanks Team!

Initial impressions. Sanuk: FRAID NOT ST, Model: 1116736 are cool. Well-made, great style, fits good, super comfy under foot especially with softer midsole, but I would like them 1 mm lower, because they are heavy underfoot, and a tad too high of a stack height. The suede footbed is exceptionally comfortable! A little loose for my low-to-medium volume feet, I always would prefer a tighter and snugger strap to secure the flip-flops better to the feet while walking, that's one reason why I only plan on wearing these inside the house. I love the Charcoal Gray color-way! The embossed logo under the heel is a little annoying to your underfoot because everything else is so smooth. Try not to get them wet. Recommended.
Request: Please make the Black color-way with a matching all-Black suede footbed. Stronger glue to secure the sole maybe what is needed since I've seen in other fellow end-users reviews that the new jute/rubber outsoles are prematurely delaminating, I think it’s because the new jute/rubber outsoles are so stiff and glued to foam is so soft and flexible.

NIce for wide feet, one of the last Mohicans for that cause. Freewaters went thin…these are just wide enough, true to size and pretty soft. Hopefully this helped. Over and out.
