6 too short 7 too long and straps very loose Returned

I've been trying to find a way to get these shoes returned and get a refund but I keep running into brick walls. I should've never bought these without trying them on first.

I was caught in the rain wearing these one day. The brown color from the bottom of sandal bled on my feet from getting wet and onto the white material of the sandal. The white material already had everyday stains from wearing them frequently.

The sandal is too wide

I was unable to put these on due to no stretch on the top. I'm very disappointed. I can't wear them at all. I'm hoping my daughter will be able to.

I love Sanuk, I own many pairs in several different styles. I ordered these in white. They are super comfortable and a really cute strappy design. However, after wearing these sandals only 4-5 times, the brown soles have bled all over the white straps when it rained one day. I've tried cleaning them, but it's just a vicious cycle as the soles inadvertently get wet when trying to clean the straps. I'm very disappointed, because I really liked the shoes and definitely did not get my money's worth from this purchase.

I purchased the white and black versions of this style. I absolutely loved them at first. They are nice looking and very comfortable. Perfect for my summer beach trips. However, the white pair are now ruined. As soon as they got a little bit wet the brown dye from the foot bed stained the white part of the sandal. To make matters worse, the dye from the shoe stained the bottom of my white dress. I figured they would be okay if they got a bit wet, as I figured they are meant for the beach. I was very wrong. So now I have a ruined pair of shoes and a stained dress. I never had this happen ever with any pair of sandals that have gotten wet. I am very disappointed, especially for the price, I would have expected better quality.

I was hoping these would be as comfortable as my boyfriend's pair. Not so. Narrow and no adjustment.
