I’ve owned these boots for less than 2 months and the zipper has ripped and they are no longer wearable. Style is great, they were a little roomy but I got and insert and they fit perfectly.

I absolutely loved these shoes but the zipper ripped off completely. After this happened the first time I called Zappos and they sent me a new pair for free. However, it happened again in the exact same spot on the right shoe. Zappos should recall these boots for manufacturing issues. This should not be happening twice in a row in the exact same way after barely any wear/use.

I love my DM 1460 LL Bex boots. The 2 zips are very convenient and I like the slightly thicker sole than reg DM boots but not so platform-y that I feel unstable or silly. Have not had any issues with the zipper quality & I do leave the front zip down about an inch to ease range of motion. Frequently receive compliments & questions about the style whenever I wear them. Ordered my usual DM size, UK5, fits very well with slightly thicker socks.

I have not worn these shoes much. But within the first 5 times of wearing - the front zipper on one shoe broke, so I had to tie with string to keep wearing. However - recently after a few more wears - the front zipper on the other shoe broke in the exact same way.

Zipper broke and I’m having a lot of trouble replacing it. So sad because I actually love them.
