Ive worn this as an undershirt mainly while golfing. It provides just enough coverage to keep the sun off my arms while keeping me cool at the same time. Great product!

The compression undershirt is perfect for wearing alone or under a jersey. If you want a little bigger, order a couple sizes bigger.

Feels like good quality and some actual compression. Sizing is paramount with compression in my limited experience and after you find the right fit these are adequate enough and feel like wearing more than just a tight shirt.

If you dont have the physique of the model, it is hard to fit yourself. My husband wears a size large. We tried an XL, but still too tight. We considered an XXL, but then the sleeves would have to be shortened.
