Define muscles and feels breathable: I play sports and workout this shirt is a good make me feel good and pops out my muscles more comfortable I got a medium which fits tight I suggest getting a Large so size up from your original size feels tight but stretches with no problem breathable for me not too tight to the point you can't move around and breathe I wash it and let it air dry to avoid shrinking great shirt I recommend for work if you are doing labor or are the house and working out don't forget about running errands too
