I love the NEW BALANCE 1080's - Best shoe I have ever owned, I have very wide feet - so I decided to try the training shoe in a WIDE - figuring it would be the same as the running shoe and it was way to narrow. I was so disappointed on the fit of the trainers. The shoes kill my feet and I cant wear them. If you have WIDE feet DO NOT but the training shoes even if it says WIDE - stick to the Runners.

Bought a pair fuelcell the New Balance online store and the outsole started to peel off after 3 months. Called the help line and the lady sent me a ticket so I can send back the shows. She told me that the amount was going to back on to my credit card. New Balance also sent me an email to confirm what she said. That night I was at a New Balance store and decided to buy another pair, thinking my return was going back onto my credit card. The next day I get an email from New Balance and they sent me an e-gift. So a week after, I called New Balance and told me that they can't put the money back onto my credit card because it had been 45 days. I told them that's not the information I was told and sent to me. They said I was misinformed but they weren't going to correct their mistakes. So now I'm stuck with an e-gift from a shoe company that doesn't understand business and nothing to do with anymore.

The shoes fell apart on the bottom (separated from each other) after playing a few games of street hockey. New Balance quality has been so poor lately, this has happened now on multiple pairs. Every pair I have purchased has had a defect within a short time period.
