They provide much more support than regular shorts. Definitely a tighter fit and might take a bit to get used to if you are used to regular support shorts but after a few times you will be glad you made this purchase. Very nice fit and great comfort. Get the touch of the pros with this product.

Well made with a modest amount of compression. I'm able to run comfortably with these compression shorts instead of a jockstrap.
